RE: Key Catalyst Events - Price Impact2 Dec 2025 10:24
Morning Scotsman, Thanks for your post. It's always interesting to read other people's opinions, but, speaking for myself, and not being tempted to say I speak for most other people on this board, the share price is exactly where I expect it to be. Disappointment in the SP might be led by impatience, greed, a person's own circumstances of need, etc. However, I am content that by GGP following their professional and consistent descent into the depths in order to extract bright shiny valuable 'beads', they are able to maintain their high safety record for their employees. IMO, the fact that institutions buy into GGP doesn't necessarily ensure a higher SP. They have the goals of their pension fund/bank/etc clients to consider and risk is a high contributing factor to their decision making and measured additions to their investments. I agree with JS, there's an ageing PI base in London waiting to sell. You only have to look at how many times Touker doesn't invest on Dragons' Den, as he says it would take too long for him to get his money back. I will wait until 2028 to be disappointed in the SP.
Anyway, Merry Christmas, everybody, I hope you all have a lovely one.
