Actually it’s Great Portland Street that is Leasehold, Soho office isn’t listed so probably in the process of being sold

I reckon they own about £160m of property. Plus they haven’t sold Leicester yet!

Also Boohoo property holdings 2 owns 35,37 and 39 plus 41-53 Brittania Row london valued at circa £45m!

What is interesting is that it states that the Soho office is now leasehold not freehold so it must have been sold?
