This was the first occasion on which Frasers had identified its preferred Board candidate and followed Frasers having formally ruled out Mr Ashley for the role on 9 October 2024 and having previously and consistently indicated that its one nominee would perform a non-executive role.
Clearly MA upping the anti as the SP drops....at least they are being proactive...
yes i noticed that as well. i doubt they are reflecting on their **** ups and total disregard for shareholders but now they have to listen to frasers and come up with a solution that will benefit us all. first time i’ve been hopeful of a turnaround in a long time.
I agree with you Hex….its been a shambles for 3 years and they have sat there watching Frasers load up on cheap shares, kept JL as a failing CEO and SHEIN eat their lunch! Something had to give!
Anyone think they were tipped off last Friday? Sp went up to 32p following the business update rns then cratered in the afternoon about the same time Frasers contacted Boohoo on the Friday….all a coincidence
