Fraser’s obviously got wind a brand or soho was in train to be sold and had to release the stinging statement today otherwise surely they would have let the egm clock run down!

I think this is endemic of how the Kamani’s run the business almost like a private company…there’s been a complete disregard for shareholders over the past 3 years so personally I’m glad Mike is rattling their cages!
