Has anyone seen a manifesto from Fraser’s / MA? What are his intentions? If they / he put them in writing then we can make an informed decision. Until then we just suspect the worst given their / his track record bumping retail businesses. Think that’s fair enough.

Has Ashley been blindsided by this move? Does he feel snubbed again? Does he go nuclear and buy like crazy or bid for the whole company a la Mulberry? Have the BOD bought in the placing?
