I trust we are all well rested after a disappointing weekend (football results were awful - fortunately, time with the grandkids lifted the spirits yesterday.

Back on September 5th, CPAI issued an RNS detailing the appointment of Jayne Lytel. Included in her list of responsibilities is 'commercialisation'. She appears to have considerable experience and a good track-record, so one would hope/expect getting this "done properly", as you put it, would be within the compay's compass. Here's an extract of the RNS...

Filbert, I use Halifax - granted, not the cheapest at £9.50 per trade, but I don't have any problems and was able to trade (had I wanted to) from the bell on the first day of consolidation.

...and yes, it's wonderful to see us moving in the right direction - positive news so often has a negative effect on the SP. Perhaps folk are finally starting to regard this as great value and way 'over-sold'.

I'm interested to see how they promulgate the product.

Well the 'spread' has certainly tightened, it's currently 2.564 / 2.575.

Halifax is allowing me to buy below the 'mid' (2.588).

Niether good nor bad - a 'non-event'.

There is no way to slow down the development of 'AI'.

I was pleasantly surprised to read what appears to be a genuine apology from CK - fair play - common decency is a rare commodity here-abouts. Nice too to see the SP rising into the close. The huge 'late-printed' 1.4million trade (3,48p) was executed at 08:13 yesterday, whilst the ask/offer was 3.0 / 3.5p.

Good to see my 'timing' was up to its normal standard. Read bid offer range is currently 2,68/2.79.

In case you didn't spot it, my previous post was 'tongue-in-cheek'. That was my 75k just now - seems like a bargain.

OK, question for 'the wise' assembled herein...

We are given to believe that the consolidation was to 'ease the passage' of acceptance into a US listing (I keep a tube in the bedside drawer for similar circumstances - but I digress)... Why doesn't the criteria for US trading acceptance, depend up on 'market cap'? If the necessary standard is based on the value of a single unitary share, the logical conclusion to that is that you could have a company with fifty x $1 shares in circulation, and as such, qualifies for a listing - where as, a company with shares worth a fraction of a cent - but with an Mcap of $125,000,000 does not qualify. Go figure!

The two substantial, late printed 'buys' (2M & 2.5M), resulted in 'NT' for about ten minutes thereafter. Not the sort of event you might expect if the MMs were 'awash' with warrants is it? More suggestive perhaps, of a stock shortage. After 10 minutes, the bid rose from 0.33 to 0.35 where-upon, buying was possible again.
