I never thought the US listing was necessary step at such an early stage of the company's development - sure, in the future, it might have made sense. What angers me is that in order to facilitate the listing, the share had to be consolidated. This appears to have accelerated the negative effect of warrant sales.

Meanwhile, there hasn't been a trade (to the best of my knowledge) since the single trade on 'day 1' - and that was probably just to prove the shares were 'tradable'. What was the point - how is a potential new US investor supposed to have even heard of CPAI - let alone become interested in investment.

I didn't 'get-it' at the time - and I sure don't 'get-it' now.

Given the absence of a positive 07:00 RNS this morning, there's every chance we may see some 'blue' today.

That RNS has boosted my belief in the company. It doesn't necessarily mean the SP will be boosted today (based on the effect positive news has had on the share price), but I can continue to hold with renewed confidence that CPAI will make money for itself - and myself.

Can anyone who described the OTC listing as 'good news' care to explain what was good about it - and (albeit with about an hour of US trading left) tell me roughly how many OTC shares have been traded today?

Hint: 0 + 0 + 0 + 0 + 0 = you do the math.

Don't Jayne's responsibilities include marketing too? Whilst the BoD aren't drawing a wage as such, and whilst 'overheads' are tiny, l'm wondering how much of the cash they have in the bank will be assigned to product-promotion...
