You will notice that the 3rd in the list (10m) was at the 'mid' at the time.

But when the 4th (5m)was executed some 41 seconds later, the offer had moved up - leading me to suspect that they were both 'buys'.

I am going to say the same Goodlife - most refreshing to see/hear a CEO respond so promptly and honestly. I might also suggest that it's rather unusual (yet by no means unwelcome) for someone of his status, to comment on daily share-price movement. I like this dude.

...exactly - I've seen TR1s issued when - for instance, a 3% threshold has been crossed as a result of dilution or concentration, without the actual numbers of shares held by a given individual / collective, having changed.

For anyone out there who may be feeling a little bit sleepy/confused still, the point of stating that I could sell 3 million was an indication of market-makers being prepared to take a fair chunk of shares in one hit. Anyone with an ounce of sense will realise this as a 'positive' - as opposed to a 'deramp'.

...won't (obvs) but thought it worth mentioning.

I don't think it went that low either - so presumably warrant holders exiting at basement levels - which seems odd (or plain daft). Surely a little patience would have benefited the seller(s) in due course - short due course.
