I understand why you would include me in a list of those taking delight in the SP falling yesterday, but this is far from the case. I added to my holding twice on Monday - I agree that the unusual situation presenting itself atm, makes for interesting times ahead. What I despise are the likes of those who profess to know for sure what will transpire short, medium and long term. They don't. So everyone (whether long or short) should feel emboldened enough to call their likes out when what they forecast is so 'wide-of-the-mark' - especially when their predictions are designed to serve self interested agendas.

The difference between myself - and 'the likes of Tiger etal, is that l don't EVER post forecasts. That Tiger posts much seemingly knowledgeable content - but when properly scrutinised, it's just regurgitated obfuscation.

So, if the MMs have no stock and 10p+ is forecasted, how come the SP is down. Could it be possible, that the research that lead to this, was based entirely on wishful-thinking?

PRIM subscribed to 18.1 million shares (~8.45% of total) at 1.66p each in May 2025 .

• On 25 June, PRIM announced the sale of 11,677,755 shares (~8.05% of issued share capital, per RNS) and confirmed they now hold zero shares .

So PRIM initially purchased 18.1M and later sold 11.68M. Therefore, about 6.4 million shares remain (unless sold before announcement). That fits perfectly:

18.1M bought – 11.68M sold = ~6.42M left (which aligns with PRIM having “zero” only after selling all remaining shares).

It still doesn't 'add-up. PR1's RNS about the 'non-consensual' disposal clearly indicates that as a result of the 8.05%, their remaining holding equated to zero. And since the figures mentioned do not equate to zero (as Tiger said: 18.1M bought – 11.68M sold = ~6.42M left), when were the 6.24 disposed of ? - and if that separate disposal was non-consensual as well (as I must assume, it was), why wasn't it worthy of promulgation by the company too?

This evening's 6.23million late printed trade (0.479p), was executed at 09:52 on Friday, when the bid / offer prices at the time, were 0.45 / 0.48.

Manifesto, I'm not saying you're wrong about the 18.1 million shares, but something doesn't look right (I'm probably missing something). Here's what I don't understand: The RNS about the disposal without consent (25th June), says that Prim have sold 8.05% of their holding (which appears to be their entire holding, since it also said they now have zero shares remaining. The total number of shares in issue, is 96.33 million. 8.05% of 96 million is a share under 8 million shares. Where do you get 18.1 million shares from?

What happened to this thread - like I said, are we getting overly optimistic? It appears so - 6.5 / 7.5 - down from 8 / 9 - which is down more than 20% in the last 2 hours or so,

...or as I prefer to say:

Thinking this is likely to go higher, about 45 minutes ago, I increased my holding by some 60%. It's fallen back since (it's how it tends to go for me).

What I don't understand, is: If this is a World Oil / Gamestop scenario, why has the price dipped 10% since my top-up? Are we getting a little too optimistic?

Late print of just shy of 5.1 million shares bought yesterday, at 0.59p. The bid / offer at the time of execution, was 0.45 / 0.55.

Rhwillcoll, thank you for taking the time to reply. I not sure anyone can claim to know whether or not the warrants have all 'gone'. It is, however, almost certain that those who held and sold warrants in the 0.6s / 0.7s, will have been tempted to buy-back-cheaper, and may be waiting for the opportunity to sell again. That is why, as I see it, a sustained rise will be difficult to achieve (without news), because warrants can be sold 'in effect', more than once.

Apologies if this sounds like a de-ramp, but I'm very invested here and so breathing a sigh of relief after today's recovery.
