"Jenny reported" - well that's a first. A badge of honour it certainly ain't. Moreover, I'm struggling to understand why - perhaps JamesTrader could delineate the nature of my transgression.

You have to ask if this company is still a going concern. The SP performance over the last three weeks is no cause for optimism.

Tiger has gone two days without a single post - unless I'm mistaiken. Whilst this should be viewed as summat of a relief, it would be nice to hear why he said those who sold at 8p a couple of weeks ago, were the "misguided fools". Hindsight is a wonderful thing and all that eh?

I question I put to Tiger yesterday (conspicuous by his/her absence today), is how long this process might act as a yoke round the neck of the SP. It would see, likely that the dispute will take us beyond the date of the 'lock-in' period's expiry - what then?

...apparently, 'the clueless' were selling at 8p.

This is so funny cant believe the clueless are selling when the squeeze the biggest on AIM for a decade is about to be live in real time any time now .. they dont have the shares lol once the 8 millions are bought back .. OMG .. this is amazing .. please guys do some research and ask your brokers how a squeeze works ???

I hear you - but since his posting style is one of 'authoritative-wisdom', I like to garner his response - for future reference / comparison with reality - and yes, he's been reminded about PPP here before. In his words, the situation at PPP is "complicated" - in the words of many others, he called it wrong.

PRIM bought another 300,000 PRIM shares yesterday.

Tiger, could you ask your 'city friends' (as referenced in your 17:05 post yesterday), what the likely timescales are for a resolution - be it by judicial authority or mutual agreement? Also, would there be any consequences if the dispute took until after the initially agreed 'lock-in' period has passed - might PRIM still be required to 're-purchase', after this date?

I didn't say anything of the sort - indeed, I've given him plenty of stick over recent weeks. May I assume that you don't believe PR1 have a legal case against PRIM?

Tiger, RE your 14:08 post, I do remain patient - frustrated too but most of all, perplexed. The only thing I can think of is that the 'Robust defence' comment by PRIM, may have spooked some into thinking they may have some 'as-yet-to-be-revealed' ace up their sleeve. I am tempted to buy more - but the only way I could do that would be to sell other shares I'm keen to hang on to - so I'm sitting on my hands for now. CPAI having a better day (thank fook).

Given all that's going on (and the imminent US listing) and Tiger's summary of the potential legal ramifications, I just cannot fathom why the SP is where it is. I thought 7p was a bargain (topped-up); I thought 6p was even more of a bargain (topped-up) and I thought 5p was a steal (topped-up).

So why the hell is it 4.336 to buy (live price atm). What the actual F is going on?

Nice seeing a few investors grabbing a few ahead of the GM - let's hope 'in time', they're handsomely rewarded.
