I'm pleased that yesterday's news of dilution, wasn't used as an excuse to further bash the SP. That news only served to enhance my enthusiasm for where this share is heading - accordingly, I bought twice yesterday and increased my overall holding by 50%.

I wonder if OAK are subject to a 'lock-in' agreement (not that it'll be worth the paper it's written on if so).

...was 'alarm'. However, having read the rationale, it simply points to how much demand there will be for PR1's product & services. 'The Market' doesn't appear to need any excuse to 'bash' the share-price', so today could be bumpy. However, having taken a moment to digest & realise what this placing signifies, I firmly believe there will be substantial rewards for investors with patience.

/1. Given that c11million shares were dumped into the market - and sellers continue to abound, were are all these shares Are they held in small denominations by 'Lord-knows-how-many' small P.I.s like most of us here?

2. I could buy Australian shares after midnight tonight - or Japanese shares in the early hours of tomorrow morning. I could have bought NASDAQ stocks at 9pm on Friday. So why aren't US investors piling in NOW, ahead of this much heralded float on the other side of the pond? - indeed, why are so many selling rather than buying PR1 via AIM, ahead of this forecasted SP boost (more shares sold than bought on Friday - despite the 17% gain)?

3. How is the 3.4 million 'free-float' share figure calculated?

Regarding your 12:22 post. Your point would be all-very-well, but you were using that rationale when the SP was 8+p - indeed, you were questioning the sanity of those selling at or around 8p.

Small point of order M'Lord: To be in "orbit" is to undergo perpetual 'freefall'.

(the moon is in perpetual 'freefall' around the Earth - as is the ISS etc.)

It's taken me all day to come to terms with the fact that I find myself agreeing with a villa fan: "Envy of the VILLA is a terrible thing." Absolutely terrible - and not something I've ever contemplated. However (though you'll be incapable of admitting as much) the next few years are going to see Blues having the best stadium in the Midlands, with the best 'tech', best beer, best transport infrastructure, highest capacity - and, dare I say, the better standard of football. It's only a matter of time - and you lot all know it. So keep your jibes coming while you still can. KRO !

I wonder if 'Halfspace' have approached Wagner yet? - probably be more worthwhile striking up a contract with him, than Doktor Vengloss (or whoever the hell presides these days, on the wrong side of the tracks).

It's been 'at auction' for a while.

I was going to give you the benefit of the doubt Commontata, but having a degree of empathy with a certain political cretin (that post since deleted by 'admin'), hasn't done you any favours.

Large delayed 'buy' on the bell this morning, just printed.

May be 'in-auction' for the first few minutes.

That single contract win is worth over 5% of PR1's MCAP - If just half the PL teams follow the lead - well, need I say more.

...and that's just football ~ and that's just England ~ and the company was only floated 7 months ago. Rather a good share to be in - eh-what?

It is apposite for me to apologise for the negative post I made towards the end of last week, in which I questioned whether PR1 was a "going concern" (my words). Please excuse my tantrum - but it was due to relentless and unfathomable SP declines. Whilst my next line is not intended to represent a prediction, I'm looking forward to relentless and entirely fathomable SP increases. Right, time to put the kettle on xx.
