Raaydaar - it’s a fair question as it has not been answered or even put to GR on interviews. In my opinion, Suzhou de-risked their investment by breaking it down in a couple of chunks.
I thought it strange when I first read it, as usually payments are released from one company to another in stages dependent and the ‘supplier’ hitting each milestone.
I can see your concern with the discrepancy, but suggest if Prem stay on track (which they are currently) then the remaining cash will follow. Imo of course

15th Feb is tight for turning this thing in. Just 6 weeks from first delivery. 4 of which is required for production, 1 for transport, which leaves 1 week for ramp up.
Seems close to me.

Disagree Gazza, the high lithium price is the whole reason we expedited the pilot build as it completely de-risks the build. It’s completely tied to everything we do

Was hoping for an RNS this morning, however, before the naysayers start, can we all reflect on a time when radio silence was the norm.
Even if GR says nothing but ‘the mine build is on track’ it will be a comforting piece of communication….
Communication is a million miles ahead of a few years back.

My stab at estimating Prems future:

2022 - The year of stepchange
2023 Q1- Pilot shipment made March or Prior
2023 Q2 - Part sale of Zulu inc pilot
2023 Q3/Q4 - Sale funds used to develop remaining Zulu PFS towards DFS in concentrated drill formations.
2024 Q1 - Zulu Pilot 2 setup commencement
2025 - First production followed by Sale of Zulu Pilot 2. 2025 Q3 - Scoping study and PFS of EPO or Zulu Pilot 3.

I think it’s really easy to get over excited and focus on EPO, but just to remind all, Zulu contains 14 mines alone!
My note above only accounts for x2 or x3 that might be worth mining!!!

Let that settle in.

Also. I like the thought of Prem mining for continued revenue. But selling and exploring is much less riskier and plays to Prems strengths.
Eitherway, Prem are placed beautifully to leverage their assets

I do feel that the Chinese will be involved all the way through. Once they get their claws into something they want, they don’t give up on it.
This could work out very good for Prem If some of the other players such as the Aussies decide to push hard to secure future Spod in the form of EPO.
Prem in such a good position and hugely undervalued imo

I’m thinking we will get a .4 finish Monday and a .43 finish Tuesday followed by and RNS and StockBox.
After that… who knows.
If it’s a great RNS about EPO we could see a lot of movement causing a spike past .5 towards .6 followed by a potential retrace back towards .5
If it’s Pilot pull forward to Jan I don’t think it will affect SP because people who are not invested now will likely be waiting to get towards October to further manage risk.
If it’s Assays (even good ones) I think I will likely drop back to .38 as people sell on the seemingly ‘small news’ (small for the traders not the LTH)

Due to the splitting of hydrogen and oxygen, the end to end process is quite inefficient (50% efficient actually). Once split it’s an efficient fuel although very flammable.
This as a whole is why it won’t go mainstream in cars. I do accept possible use for large fleet though.

I think your right Steward.
Right now GR is doing everything reasonably practicable to get this pilot mine underway. As a holder, we can’t ask for any more than that right now.
Prem are a small company with limited resources (not talking about the minerals) and therefore they are absolutely correct to focus all effort and expansion on Zulu.
The deals we have in place seem solid enough from the outside looking in and the communication is the best I’ve ever seen it in both quality and quantity.
Day Traders can moan or pump to enhance their positions (alls fair in love and war) and LTH’s can sit back happy knowing where this is going.
It’s never a straight line and I’m sure we will see many ups and downs over the next 9months, but all that matters is the overriding trend… hopefully and likely upwards.
I’m pretty chilled and excited about it all. Keep it up GR

I do agree though, should be upwards from here.
Really looking forward to the interview. I’m always intrigued when a company plans something like this weeks ahead. What could be so good that it needs sharing that doesn’t require an immediate RNS..?!?
Makes me wonder if a batch of results are due… Zulu most likely, potentially EPO.
Alternatively could be RUS.
Best news is that Suzhou is funding the expedited exploration of EPO. That would give the SP a rocket up the rear for sure!

has anyone known any companies to release sensitive info via an interview during market close in the evening and then release the a followon RNS pre market opening?
Or should sensitive Information always come out via RNS first, despite market being closed? Thanks
