Completely Agree Acker. Not only will Prem have the expertise, they will also have the contacts and networks.
Furthermore, on top of the EPO, with have the other Lithium projects, which GR stated in previous projects, we are getting very good grades. Wonder when we will hear more about these... potentially after Zulu goes into production?!?!?

Looking forward to what I believe will be another good week with new investors on board, news spreading fast, lith prices continue to rise and build continues to remain on track & on budget ahead of Feb production.
Predicting a 10% rise this week with no news.
Will II’s get involved before RUS or after? Or will there be another trigger? Interesting times and holders well placed for an exciting 6 months.
Looking ahead, I still believe Zulu will be sold post DFS and PREM keeps hold of EPO. Personally I’d be happy eitherway.
Hoping to break .41 soon then steady rise to .05

Don't worry about the seller... it can't continue forever and when volumes get serious, the SP will be unstoppable and 5mil trades will be the norm.

Good to see the likes of Cos and Robert increasing their holdings in PREM and becoming more active on the BB.
Congrats for hitting the BOIL multibags for those that did.
I think we might see .4 really tested today as others migrate to the next well positioned AIM company.
Exciting times and incredibly lithium £ continues to surge.
Good confidence from GR yesterday and reassuring to hear of the progress.

Roger. Imho:
1) the placing tells us nothing other than other are also willing to take a gamble. It’s £1.5m which is pocket money for many.
2) agree this is a positive, however I think it’s now fair to assume the director had no idea Bradclad we’re about to pull orders.
3) key word - enquiries. Also project size is expectedly small and nothing noteworthy???
4) agree this should be a catalyst… key question is why are others thriving and Vdtk not? Is something fundamentally wrong?
5) for as long as I’ve invested, Vdtk have been chasing something and delivered nothing. Paragraph JV prime example.
6) fire resistance will benefit product but will not stepchange sales growth.
7) good news but not a large sale Vs other manufacturers.
8) nothing major has come of them. Bradclad the best and look where that ended.
9) more discussions with lack of delivery
10) RNS fluff

I’m really struggling to see how they will climb out of the hole the find themselves in. Best chance imo is the Paragraph JV… mainly because Paragraph are very competent… without this, Vdtk will simply float along aimlessly.
Good luck to you. If SP drops to 0.5p it could be worth a gamble… but a gamble it will be.

Roger - on what basis did you think putting £100k into Vdtk was a good idea?
I bought a very small amount at 6p after the Paragraph phase 1 hype and sold at 4p when I realised that the communication was terrible because they were not signing any new orders. Also, old orders were getting cancelled and the cash burn outweighed the earnings. Top that with one of the weirdest warehouse thefts imaginable and your left with an extremely questionable company with an extremely questionable product…. That can’t sell in a hyper-green environment/decade.
It stinks…. So I’m struggling to see any logic for buying based on zero evidence of a SP upturn.

Hugely promising Alert. Imagine if Prem moved away from offtake agreements all together once the debt is paid.
As the tonnage is relatively small in comparison to other mines, would it be better to auction the lot and get top dollar?
Also. Seems like like an offtake agreement is a way of derisking demand troughs… which doesn’t look like we’re going to have any issues there in the coming years given supply/demand gap continues to widen.
Or have a misjudged the situation???

I was very impressed with what i heard at the AGM and the presentation. However, imo KOD is likely made up of PI's who will be looking to hold cash or exit positions to fund loans/mortgages/etc impacted by inflated rates. IMO, share price won't move until license and finance agreed. This would cause a short term rise, eventually settling back slightly higher than today.
Once the mine build gets within 3 months of completion and project de-risked, likely II's will get involved and the SP will fly. Especially if the timings match a bullish market. All of which hangs of a strong Lithium price. GLA.
One final note - thanks to the regular posters which i read most days.

Alert, I suspect it is because GR doesn’t put shareholders first, or second, or third… etc. there’s a fair bit of evidence of this over the years.
Could it also be because he does not want to share that prem are ahead of schedule? Building a bit of bunce in the plan? Clutching at straws here!!

Alert - yes I seem to remember something similar being said but I don’t recall when. I’m pleased to be seeing things happening on site, but to Bicks point, we all know the equipment del/inst&comisioning are the real important things.
But hey, we are a million miles on from discussing when the next raise will come, and if there’s any chance prem will ever get any where..

It does Wolf. I personally don't see why there's some sort of rivalry between shareholders given there's enough market for both. I think both companies have their merits... and lots of them. Cross Comparisions are healthy in my view.

Hi Daz - I closely follow and am invested in another explorer come junior minor which i know you support. I see they are estimating an average of $2k per tonne over the coming years. What is your fair value for tonnage contracted on a monthly basis? (so no long term commitments from either side).

Great to see prem getting a mention on IG. I think more exposure to new investors is exactly what prem needs right now. Particularly II’s.bthis should derisk a cheap buyout.
Everything remaining on track and spod continues to rise in line with demand. Assays and RUS should further convince II’s to take the plunge after significant derisking (tbc)
If prem can rise in this weeks market (I predict a sea of red) I think many on the periphery will start to believe.

I don't personally suspect RNS on Assays will generate enough of a response from a bear market to raise SP. Whilst i agreed with Acker's prediction a few weeks back, i now think people are starting to get nervous and therefore less likely to take risks. RUS is next likely breakout IMO.
Hope to be wrong and we get the 10% though. Certainly don't see SP dropping below .35 for any sustained period between now and RUS though.

Everything I read atm is pointing towards economic turmoil… i think we may see a month of stinted growth here whilst other markets continue to drop.
A fantastic opportunity to buy in or top up too though.
Next big news will be RUS I think, which I suspect will be late Nov time.
When this SP does rise, if it’s tied to a bull market, it will absolutely fly, or more likely, Prem SP will rise slowly post RUS and pick up pace in March. Who knows what the market sentiment and financials will look like then.
Question is more ‘when and how quickly’ rather than ‘if’ IMO
