RE: VDTK3 Nov 2022 12:10
Roger, very difficult to hear of your loss and i hope you manage recover it either through VDTK or other shares. In regards to your question, see my below calcs i posted earlier:
For the six-month period to 30 June 2022, the Group generated revenues of £178,502 and recorded a loss after tax of £636,798.’
What i did was assume then that in 6 months by adding the revenue and the losses together you can work out the 6month cash burn. Divide by 6 and its circa £136k per month. Then divide the £1.5m raise by £136k and you have the number of months left before another raise. (calculated from RNS date)
Unless the company release new news of a new contract, or certification along with sales, or Paragraph JV is deemed a success.... I'm struggling to see a recovery. As you say though.... why would Directors buy? What do they see that we do not? Best thing that could happen here is that we see a large rise due to Paragraph JV (most likely the biggest catalyst) and holders jump ship during the hyped spike. I suspect there will need to be alot of buying power to get passed the huge amount of holders desperate to get out of what is a very poorly managed company with almost zero communication.
Im invested in a number of different Lithium miners at the moment. Highly recommend you take a read about PREM, KOD and FRG which i have been in for circa 3 years now. These lithium plays are really taking off due to high Spodumene prices and demand. Hopefully you can recover your losses one way or another. ATB
