just to add - Petronas is govn entity and most predicted that Sarawak will back down (ie Petronas will took over the licence). if Sarawak win, other states such as Terengganu etc will be doing the same and that will be the end of Petronas - govrn wont allow Petronas to collapse watch the space

news certainly not great. but looking on bigger picture, we are making porgress albeit slow, and we do not need any cash in short term - so that will rule out any placing. mcap still below 10m. we should be at least 10m mcap imho. so, am buyer at this level. many waited years for the mining, so another quarter wont be that long imho

agree, the volume past few days/weeks been low. some sells due to impatient. to be honest, JLP is not the only shares that have been sliding past weeks. across my portfolio and watchlist, almost all are sliding... though this will have to stop and hopefully soon

looks at PDZ where mcap been double (now around 85m) and sp been rising despite the news was many more months to come. I believe ZIOC is about to follow the footstep of PDZ soon. buyer are slowly buying in regardless when the news is coming.... so, hold on to your stock, buy and hold

disagree - the current supply in the existing tailing is already enough for many years to come. we had problem recently because of dam burst. anyway...

there was RNS previously which has mentioned that Hernic business rescue is for "mining" and has no direct impact to JLP existing operation as we are in tailing. so, not sure why many still worry about it
