anybody can claim they have interest, even the most stubborn derampers can say they have shares. nevertheless their action is loud and clear and can be seen to validate their claim or not.

there are several who supposedly has no interest in PREM and disgusted with PREM and yet constantly posting in here trying to get more people to sell....

if you have spare some time researching, you will know George has negotiated and made deal on our Zulu lithium (refer to previous RNS). and he has hinted before that having 90% ownership of Rha will make it easier to find JV partner for RHA. time will tell.

George is banking that 90% transfer will happen very soon (this month) and soon afterward JV for selling small stake of 90% to a JV partner.
AND, we need to start RHA works earlier to show to potential JV the potential of RHA mine to attract them to JV with us at a good price to PREM.

so, all in all, placing is unavoidable and hopefully this will be the last placing sub 0.5p

on another notes, broker will be expecting the price to go much higher than 0.3p in order for them to sell those placing shares. so, wont be selling mine for cheap.

PREM needs JV partner for funding RHA and we have potential partners interested. they can only comes on once we are confirmed to have 90% ownership .

now, soon (as early as next few days) we should get another RNS confirming that 90% is indeed our new stake

and soon after that, will be another RNS confirming that we have JV partner confirmed and money coming in

more likely chinese as they are keen for Tungsten (in addition to Zulu lithium)

Broker SP Angel's commented that they are confident OEX will receive positive outcome.

after all, GSPC is well known to be in debt and having cash problem and we also know that India govrn is inviting more foreign investors to come in and develop their other gas/oil fields. so, if OEX not getting positive and fair outcome, this will give very strong negative signal to other major oil players who are interested in India.

so, patience needed here and hopefully positive outcomes very soon.

the delay is probably for GSPC to secure the money and buy out the cheap OEX. and they probably hire Miller1972 to push the sp down so that OEX even cheaper?
