i am out for the time being. reason being, usually there will be sell off after trading update, despite a good one. example was in TPOP and was it in EQT too? anyway, may come back when sp cool down a bit after the news.

if they are only funded till May, then they would obviously do placing several weeks/months before. so due to not knowing when is JV to be confirmed (which may take us towards Q3), hence i am guessing placing being arranged. that would explain all these selling hope I am wrong as i am also in here, though very small amount.

we need all those sellers to sell as quick as possible so that once we have news, we can have higher rise with less sellers. i am waiting for ZIOC now and once got my target, will put some profits buying more UEN lol

Barclays are happy with the business plan and agree to defer the debt - so today down just due to sell on news brigade. we will bounce up strongly later today /next few days imho

we never have any uplift in our sp when we committed with kabwe, yet why we are down significantly and all discussion surrounding kabwe? i am sure platinum projects hernic/dcm worth more than our mcap and as such, i will ignore kabwe for the time being

dont worry about the payment BMR to GLR . JLP already paid 500k in addtion to share issuance to BMR as part of JLP taking 29% of BMR. a such, BMR now has 500k in their cash, enough to pay off any outstanding bills

and while its cheap - mcap still only 11m

we dropped so much on kabwe news even though we never have any uplift on kabwe JV announcement and our hernic and dcm operations alone worth more than 5p, time to bounce back up tomorrow.

worst case - our investment in BMR valued very low and to me is negligible vs the value of higher % stake in Kabwe. and, Zambia approval licence to JLP doesnt require any vote in BMR shareholder, as it is between Zambia and JLP. though, i will be happy if JLP settle with BMR - such that AT MINIMUM our stake in Kabwe is much higher than initially agreed with BMR - say around 80% to JLP and 20% to BMR - without JLP having to pay further penny to BMR...its still win win situation as without JLP financing, BMR will unlikely to get back the licence
