just saw this in tweeter. there is link to broker report prior to Align and the report was done when mcap was around 30m and broker target around 60m mcap

so, at 30m mcap, it will be around 1.3p today and 60m around 2.6p today.

sp now only 0.4 (9m mcap) !!

now, that was for cambay stake that we have, if we then get full control, valuation will be double of 2.6p (ie around 5.2p ) !

i guess, GPSC has damaged OEX so bad that we have been very poor low valuation for sometimes

time to rise back to at least 1p even if we dont get full control (as at least we will still get millions of cash )

yes, many wants sp to drop now and rise back next week - so that they can buy this week and ready for next week.

in reality, many will be buying on dip today (me included) and we know Align will usually actively tweeting again late morning and as usual, sp rising soon after their tweet.

not to mention, we all know sp target is still far away and multiple from now.

so, i am not surprised if we end up 0.4p and above today

its definately oversold today. have we lost any assets? NOPE. yet we are down massively.

so, as usual, expect sp to bounce up tomorrow. and further rising on Friday after webminar

back to 0.2p and 0.25p next few days imho - plus RHA rns coming

we need more shareholders to put pressure to Leon, especially as at the moment we have very poor PR and coverage.

plus some of the RNS can be written much better.

wont be surprised if we get RNS tomorrow confirming we now own 90% stake.

the way i think is, Zimb govn wants to see PREM commitment in opening the mine and give job to locals. hence RNS today confirmed our plan to open the mine and how to get the financing (ie by IPO zimb assets)

so, now that the pre-requisite is completed from PREM part, minister may proceed signing the agreement tomorrow/later this week

imagine, when uber do the ipo from being a low mcap private companies, did their mcap multiple on ipo? YES.
and SOU recently did spin off/demerger with their italian assets to CORO and sp react favorably.

in PREM, unfortunately we have large private investors who doesnt understand RNS/// hence...

agree with you. if chinese really really interested (as per what we have been told previously), then mcap on IPO could well be reaching multiple of prem mcap - could well be 100m.

and PREM will have large % of the newco which they will distribute to all SH.

so, the impact is SH will have much larger value as its currently is

many sold as they misunderstood imho

purpose of newco is to easily attract chinese (or others) buyers to invest in newco and potentially running it. depending on how much interest being shownm MCAP of NEWCO could well be multiple of PREM.

think of it as an IPO of new company from private. private say even ANGS was valued much lower and once IPO, its multiple as its attract new money.

so, in fact, your shareholding in the NEWCO (which will be distributed by PREM later next year) will be worth much much more !

plus your holding in PREM which will have less value, unless Circum comes true

bigmj, just curious why you bought in PCGE even though BOD has made very little progress. there are many other companies out there that have much better prospect.

i know CERP is one of your best performance, but PCGE???

i am in both OEX and PREM.

OEX rerating and also KP2.

we have large potash via Circum and should appeal to KP2 followers once we get the news.

PREM mcap still low. worth double from here at least
