they cannot argue again about to determine how much to pay if the court this week/next week confirmed the amount and extend for 2 weeks. the court wont allow extension for the same reason otherwise its an insult to the court.

they also cant ask to argue whether they have to pay or not as the high court already made their verdict.

the only way forward for gspc is to go for arbitration but they will need to post large sum of money for that.

I THINK, they are asking for this extension as they are still trying to get india central bank to approve more money to GSPC but i think central bank has said NO to gspc.

we will see.
