agree Sammydd. fundamental hasnt changed much. i was never in ARS and now i can see this is huge bargain.

take a look at JLP too, thats will be rising with zinc deals very soon

i got the feeling one of two fund manager may have bought (though might not be TR1 as below 3%) after PIs selling theirs

placing will be around 8p which was around 205 discount to the recent approx 10p sp.

20% discount is quiet common and our institutional investors who are largest SH at the moment, will not accept lower than 8, especially as it will look very bad to the valuation of their existing portfolio

our sp now oversold due to panic, but should we get RNS next few days, it will be seen as "premium" to the current sp.

we recalled how Philippine revoke many licences though under different pretext. Acheh will probably bring this issue to parliament ? if that happens, this will be a political issue and Jakarta will have to bow down?? doesnt look good to ARS if this continues.

the key for PREM is ZULU and Circum - well we know what happened with ZULU. what surprised me is, how come we cant attract major player to ZULU Lithium? why another small cap, which themselves have little money and hence unable to proceed.

nevertheless, this is not for me. did you see RNS today on JLP? they are ramping up palladium and platinum and already generate 8m per annum. more projects soon and already have 50m financing (so no fear of placing there) yet mcap only 30m

not sure whether you are still in JLP or not.
