1.6bn resources could well be on takeover. but may take longer and wont happen now as nickel price still low.

similar to JLP where they have palladium around 1.2bn NPV and zinc around 1bn NPV. so total of low cost projects NPV 2bn yet mcap only about the same size as HZM now, though starting to move up now that sellers are gone.

if so, this will fly beyond 10p within days

arthur bought at 0.33p same as recent placing.

sp should be back tom 0.33p by this week imho

sandabel will have some extra shares to sell , so sp may drop to near 6p then.

it may dip slightly sub 6p but wont be long

got profit from GCM, which shares to multibag next? will that be JLP on Zinc asset confirmation worth billions? or maybe RBD on strike oil in california? or EUZ on excellent result on scoping study?

looks like Miton recently took a stake in JLP at 3.5p and now they taking a stake in WRES.

the point is, JLP is very undervalued and low mcap for the assets that we have. we need low capital outlay in order to generate revenue as opposed to many other players that will need to raise millions or billions in order to generate revenue

there are many companies too early in exploration and more money to be spent before any meaningful resources JORC /FS etc.

this is one of them and will be many placings along the way.

hence only worth for day trading here, not for long term, not yet anyway. hence traders will be selling into the profits.

not only we will receive RNS on drilling next week, also short squeeze if sandabel is being pushed to close those shorts. short squeeze will bring this back immediately to 10p !

with no cash for working capital, this will be either placing coming or share being suspended pending litigation issue.

either way, sp will continue going south unfortunately
