Still would not bet on any change to the EPL. The NHS has been destroyed and the UK economy is going thr same way. Politicians spend their time smirking and patting each other on the back interested in only getting one up on the competition rather than serving their people and communities. Incompetence rules. Wow is the TUI board?

I am waiting to see where the SP goes by Tuesday and then make a decision - Its a 7k investment to buy via the rights and at present my rights are worth £350 (feckin joke).. I have clearly missed the opportunity so might aswell wait until the last minute and make a judgement call if the SP/RI price rises. If the rights go to zero then my view is that the SP will continue to fall as the market offloads after the issue is over and I buy 7k and get more shares. Am I correct in my thinkning?

Lets call its 500 given exchnage rate/costs etc - so at present we have gone from a discount of 40% to 10% and dropping (along with the SP) - wowsers - total mess...

I parsnip....this share is a joke and to be fair at present most of the stock market too and the corrupt govt. At this rate you are better leaving your money under the mattress

Folks - just to let you know TUI called me re my complaint (very impressive turnaround) and basically said 3 things (summary):
- You should have had advance notice from your broker and the rights should have landed on time
- We cant control market sentiment and feel our prospectus explains our plan (no need to justify the fall in share price)
- We are still confident in the plan

I have complained to investor relations about the process and lack of comms re SP volatility - this is shambolic. I will be taking up my RI as I feel my choices are limited and see this as a long term investment (and have some spare cash). I am circa 67% down since investing in January.....just awful for PIs. More fool me - hard lesson learnt and down £5k.

Has anyone complained to TUI about the RI process.....how can it be reasonable that no letter was issued to share holders (yes there was an Rns) and then lots of us got the rights way after they began trading plus the price dropped 25% circa the day before....who would investigate this mess? And if someone has complained can you share pls?

You have to love Goldman....always revising targets once something has happened as they don't have the conviction in their own analysis, that is if they did any themselves...

This is all positive.....IMHO this will derisk the company to some extent and we should see a significant re rate
