January - for me its the mechanics supporting the floor - I think it will be 70 and it will be the full 75% on all of the profit not just the marginal proft above 70....they will spin it somehow

Nothing will happen re the EPL (I hope I am wrong) - Hunt lacks any understanding of what he has done/is just ignorant of it if he does. He will not eat humble pie or put in place a framework around it that prevents further instability to any potential energy independence we had (there is just too much politics involved). It makes a mockery of policy setting as a process and presents a perfect example of poor governance arrangements in the civil service. My portfolio is bit of a pickle at the moment (heavy O&G)... good luck to all LTH...I hope AB, Linda and others have plans

Totally gobsmacked with ftse and BP performance today. ...DOw and Nasdaq rising from the ashes.....a bank went under and we bailed the UK side out...now move on...even oil bounced and is currently up 4% from the days low....wow....how decrepid is the UK market or is it corruption. Even bittycoin is up 20% from its sell off on Friday. Hello UK, can someone just sack a certain chancellor and put a floor under the EPL....

Well aren't we in a mess today...I am holding tight. Spoke to my brother yesterday who is an actuary (nearing retirement).....his view of all this panic is its a storm in a teacup....hope he is right. I have no more money to invest here so I am holding firm. Very sad that the UK is going down the pan (I know that's a bit harsh but that's what it feels like when you are I your mid forties and run a micro business reliant on public sector spend). Mrs and I are exploring leaving but not sure where we would go as we are constrained to English speaking countries....

Blue moon...I hear you loud and clear I do.....fully get the strategic intent but any CEO worth their salary still has to keep shareholders invested/interested. I am sorry but it would be naive to expect to buy a share and in 5 years time it pops whilst it just falls and falls in the period in between. Companies are run for shareholders and it is reasonable to expect to see some shareholder value in between year 0 and 5 whatever the plan.At this rate we will go to zero and then we can all drown our sorrows. 5 year plans need to adapt to the mood music, they are directions of travel and you have to take people with you. I am deep in here and losing faith. Ps. We are all allowed a moan once on a while.

Totally get it but how long do you wait. Debt is not being repaid at any pace and the comms from TLW are poor. Rahul should care about the SP (and his job). Its jam tomorrow...
