Good luck at the agm all. Opec has extended cuts and Saudi have bumped there's a little.... Nothing to get excited about.. Hopefully bullish for oil but who knows in these crazy times

Onedb fully agree. What I don't get is how there is no legal footing to challenge the inequity. Can a govt literally do what it wants. It's like there is no accountability or assurance in place. If thousands lose their job because of this is there form of recourse.... It seems insane

I topped up a little - this is down over 50% from its high and still making good money and strategic progress in a growing sector...the markets are beyond irrational

Thanks Modestus, Stupmy (yes it was a typo :)) - although the stock market does feel like a bit of a panto at the moment. I dont need the majority of the money for the next few years but it is painful to watch. I appreciate we do not get visibility of AB lobbying but I genuinely think they (minors) are doing little to help the situation - the odd article when results are in. Not sure though what can be done with Sunak and Hunt at the helm. Althoug I do pray to g-d Labour do not get in. Glad I am among good company on this board. Nearly wine o clock and a then a litte more work to earn pennies for trading when we go on the rise :)

Bulletin board colleagues. Geunine question - are many of you posters actually invested or is that you are good at hiding your worry. I am genuniely concerned we will hit rock bottom with this share amongst others with no rebound. I kinda of get the impression that most posters are not even invested and this is just a pass time. Why is everyone so patient/calm - surely you cant all be comfortable waiting maybe tens of years for a retrun or break even if it ever happens. Am i the naive one??

Question is what will OPEC do - they have made threats - if they dont follow through it will make a mockery of their role, however I am not sure what difference deeper cuts will do. Look at last month, jumped and the gaps was filled and fell back. Dirving season having no impact, draws having no impact, general market instability with USA and recession drving equity/commdoty prices down. O&G in the UK is done for unless the Gobvt intervene asap with a floor or removal of the EPL. Iam down 100k across my portffolio - really crazy times!!! cant see a silver lining. Will wait to see OPEC and then may sell up at a 40k loss on enquest...AB needs to do something fast before he is shorted to death. Can someone give some balance ot my negativity. Anyone looking to invest here - stay away for the short term!!

Totally agree this, enq, till, sqz, kist all on a downward spiral indefinitely. This board is full of rampers and I am massively down on all of the above.... Do not invest here until you see the worm turn...

The world has gone mad....re EPL surely they can make it fair even if they cant scrap it i.e. a floor and deadline for a review. Cons are just inept.....look at the todo today on Landlords (of which I am one) - how poorly thought out - they basically want to nationalise rental properties and make it uninvestable for people yet at the same time they complain insufficient housing and cut building taregts - are they just thick. They dont control what sainsburys and tesco do, why should they control landlords. Completely except there should be rules to ensure houses are in good condition....but surely you can charge what you like and kick people out when you like...its your house...the world has gone mad or should I just say UK politics.

Onedb.... I couldn't agree more but sadly they are destroying this country and moving wealth to those that have plenty. Problem is labour will be worse. The polls so far are making a mockery of labour, sorry I mean conservatives.... are they not the same thing these days...

Back to the SP... Oil up 4% and we have not moved.... Previously we would have gone up 8%. A big thanks to Rishi and Hunt... Nationalisation by stealth and abs guaranteed under labour. Head in the sand today
