Yes looking low SP now, maybe a good time to top up and ave down.

We all know MM wants to take this over, so why hasn.t he bought more shares now while the SP is so low.

Or is he waiting to drive the SP down a lot more before he makes his move.

So what has spooked the market with many stocks down. Is it that the BOE Didn't put interest rates up or what???

after seeing this video it does look like THG is well under valued and in anybody's other hands the business could be driven to very high levels of sales and profits with SP of £1.-£3 .

So what way will MM move us and when.??

Hi david, that is a very interesting point.

OK so we get the 16.7p special divi for the deal but if that leaves say 50% of the current business value surely the SP would drop to say 9p-10p . I guess long term that business could grow or declne the SP

So maybe we are looking at a total value of say 26p.

Can't see any timings for the deal or any vote can you.

If Hedin really want this business surely they would come back with a takeover deal of say 30p-35p now to stop this deal in it's tracks, and then maybe they could sell off parts they didn't want.

Just how long will MM just sit before coming back with another RNS after all the negative press.

He needs to say more if the SP is to regain it's price of 90p ish

So it looks like we will retain the shares and then get a Special divi of 16.7p .

So if someone now buys these shares at 23p-24p they will get back 16.7p and still own the shares.

Just depends how long you /we will have to wait to see if it goes through.

Goodness where did this come from., I guess it was only a question of time before someone made an offer of some sorts.

But to me it looks like the BOD's of PDG have sort to get one over on Hedin as it's them that has blocked any other bid thinking they have total control.

Not sure Hedin will want to pay more, but it does give a kick up the ass to get the SP moving. Fair play to the Directors.

Sorry guys got the wrong write

Going by most of the press the city and kelso, most of yesterday’s SP falls were down to the lack of a strategic review and if that had taken place the SP would probably be ok as the results weren’t that bad.

I guess MM must have seen all these so why didn’t he sit down yesterday and wright a good strategy review and then post it today as an RNS .Then we might see the SP recover most of the ground.

Or has MM other plans with a low SP?

No i wouldn't be surprised to see this finish 72p-74p after such a big fall.

there must be plenty of traders just watching and waiting for this to turn and then jump in , the question is do we / they wait a little longer and miss the big rise or go within the next 30 mins.

My bet is within the next 30 mins. hold tight.
