I agree with this move and it should prove a good one in the next few months. I will also stay with thg and take more shares ,

If they are as they the same number it will /should double our value.

So do you think we will be told / credited in notice next week, and I guess we can tell our broker what we want to do.

But if we choose NOT to take the new company shares and have more free THG shares or Special divi to off-set the value in ing , then that will/could dilute current THG shares could it not.

So we should be credited with new shares then , can't believe that or can we.

So many of us are asking the same questions with NO answers , and what /how much will we get for the new share if we don't want them.

I guess we are all just waiting to see how this works, OK so we should get free new shares in the new company but is this new company going to be private or a new listed company where we can sell the new shares or will we just have to hold them until I don't know when to get the value back.

Still so many questions.

Yes it's all about what happens in a few weeks once they have split. then the true value will come out.

Surely any free shares for the new company on the same proportion as old will be based on your current holding as at 10th OCT yesterday and not today or monday when or if you have bought more less than 50p

But that hasn't been stated yet as far as I can see.

Many might get caught out here if not careful.

Yes no one is buying for now only for the split when these should be £1.50

Not at all sure just how this is going to pan out now, are we still going to get 1 for 1 free shares are we getting anything out of this apart from dilution . who knows what's happening.

Good morning all, Ys my thoughts were MM moved so fast because he knew of someone about to move on THG in a takeover move and that's why it had to be over and done within 1-2 days.

But that could still happen.

To me it looks like they already have all they need to cover float etc, otherwise why end it today. Normally any raise like this would have a few days/ weeks to cover their needs.

There is also a city / broker call tomorrow.

I couldn't see any qualifying date for the 1 for 1 free shares. is it /was it today as many will buy in tomorrow if they can.

It looks like this has already been decided with Announcement of the results of the Placing and the Retail Offer

So the way I see it now is, you will be offered 1 for 1 new shares on current holding if you want them but if you don't want them you will be credited the value one way or another into your current holding in THG weather that's money or more shares not quite sure yet.

o if you hold 100,000 thg currently you should get / offered 100,000 in the new business. but that could be wrong , all a bit hit and miss at the moment.

Moniman yes I have just re-read it free like for like if you want them if not we will get more funds etc.

Still think all current shareholders should get 1 for 1 free shares in the new business without having to subscribe for new shares.

After all it's already our business.

Down the road once the split has taken place what's left will be far more profitable and SP should rise big time.it's only the new float that will be lower.

My thinking is from tomorrow many will buy in while current SP is so low, but they could / will miss the boat by day's end.

Guessed MM would have to move fast with Aliance Nutrition about to float, anyway great news and quicker than many thought it would be, and it looks like they have been working on all the details for ages
