With only 2 trades from Friday it doesn't look like they have opened their market yet, is it in Auction

Back to last weeks SP trading range, 23p-21p

So someone bought 2ml shares on Friday.

But that news about S4 is NOT a takeover offer it's possible merger by S4 so SP could go down.

I think many were/are thinking of loading up first thing before the big expected rise to 35p, but it may go down just after you have bought.

Bit of a gamble this now.

What normally happens with THG is it falls back after a good rise, but maybe it depends on what the market does as well.

If the market goes down then maybe we are back to 33p ish.

Lse2000, yes I noticed that bit, so no one is going to be offering big money to take out S4 and as you say this means that S4 SP will probably go down a little so NO rush to load up and mis out.

This is the problem what is the true value of the business now. we have seen so many other companies go down this route where their business has taken a dive and the SP goes down and down due to debt. Companies like this should raise more money at an earlier stage but don't because they think it will harm the business, so they leave it and leave it until the SP is too low to make any difference. REVB probably should have raised money in the 30p's but now it's in the 3's, so won't make a lot of difference unless they dilute by maybe 100% or so which leaves the shareholders with nothing. On the other hand they try to sell but any buyers know they are desperate so they offer 1p-2p and try to buy the lot on the cheap with some debt, again the shareholders lose out completely but the BOD's don't want to lose face so decline these offers ( which has just happened) leaving just admin and the shareholders lose out. Could be that THG has tried to buy the products, or just wait for admin and pick them up very cheap.

This one is tricky and a big gamble either way. But who knows it could turn out positive for some.

AIM-listed investment bank Numis has apologised and handed itself in to the City watchdog, after one of its employees circulated a bold memo suggesting that ecommerce group THG had “irregularities in accounting”.

Numis, a bookrunner on THG’s IPO just over a year ago, has found itself in a sticky situation after the memo to hundreds of institutional clients went a step too far last week and accused THG of “a lack of clarity”.

Alongside the murky allegations, a bearish Numis employee questioned the value of THG’s controversial Ingenuity arm – already a topic of concern among shareholders – and recommended that those in receipt of the memo reduced their stakes in the group.

Despite the investment bank’s own research that suggested there was substantial upside potential for THG stock, the memo in question also implied the group’s shares were worth 21 per cent less than their trading price at the time it was written, city sources told Sky, who first reported the news.

Would be nice to see 35p today.

I don't want any rate cuts I want increases to 10% so can pay more tax on my interest on savings etc.

Don't have any mortgage , done all that 20 years ago and only want more savings.

What I don't understand though is Why H1 2025 adjusted EBITDA of c.£24m[3] (H1 2024: £37.1m), primarily reflecting substantially higher whey pricing YoY in Nutrition.

We had a trading up-date on 25th June saying everything is on plan with only one week left of trading until end of June.

But now he is saying profits will be lower due to whey pricing, surely they new that with only one week left of trading H1

Looks to me like someone is trying to cook the books again.

Yes I know it is that the point, you can't sell a business that makes profit and get back £100+m and still make the profit, you can't have it both way.

But all this talk about profits going down as if THG is in a worse position, what a lot of rubbish.

I would rather have 10 years profit in one go than wait 10 years.

Claremont's FY 2024 revenue was c.£14m[2] and contributed some profit, So when MM said there would be a drop in profits surely some of this drop will be down to Claremonts profits and like any company being sold for £100+m it's better to get that £100+m in one go now than wait another 5-10 years of profits.

As normal it's all down to poor RNS explaining the true facts by MM which makes the real picture look worse than it is.

I think it's a great deal, but there will always be the de-rampers looking to drive this down.

Everyone knows he has total control of all the directors and they do what he says / wants and that's the trouble the city also know this.

Well at least this RNS it tells us that if the price is right MM will sell the business, so bring on a bid of £1.+ and maybe he will sell the lot.

Good morning tom, you have it all wrong. I am NOT a long term holder and NOT underwater normally but only the last week or so with ave about 83p

and don't give a fig about the Dame. I just use ITV where I can to trade it a few bob either way where I have made money most of the time plus the divi if I hold at the right time.

I don't care if she stays or goes but just happen to think she's done a reasonable job with growth profit and divi considering the last 3 years overall trading

conditions.

Your views are all in hindsight , which we can all do but I guess even you would have done some things different looking back but we are where we are.

I would have liked many wives bigger cars etc etc, just make the most of what we have.

Tom/omalley, after what 5-8 years of saying the same old rubbish about the Dame, don't you feel totally deflated that no one here or the city listen to your posts to make any change.

Many have asked what you would have done and blow me down guess what the Dame has already done it, do you think you might come up with something new to talk about. Tom why not tell us about your boat , is it a 30 ft sailing boat or barge boat, what about your new wife ,is she blond 5ft 4 etc, anything must be more interesting than your normal posts.
