Good morning stanleyb, the trouble is it doesn't matter what's in any RNS or in the press. The city and nobody else believes in anything he says, going by his past up-dates.

We can all bet that in the next set of results many of those words you posted WILL NOT be true.

We all hope things have changed and they do come true but , and that's the problem !!!!!!!!!!

So many have invested in this company now and no one really seems to know what's going on.

Going by this latest RNS Met1 have now invested in 13 different companies and spread their money around so thinly will it ever have any real affect.

The more they invest the less control they have and will they ever see any return. Have the Directors and us had the wool pulled over them / us and been taken for a very big ride.?????

you all bought ITV at some point and sat on them for months/years and have all lost money. you haven't bought more to lower your ave for whatever reason and would rather blame the Dame. so who told you guys to buy ITV shares was it the DAME and that's why you blame her , it did you decide yourself to buy ITV.

Personally I don't give a fig who's in charge or what itv does so I don't support or tramp the boss I just try to buy /sell when it feels right.

Life's all about timing and market moves etc.

But I guess the 3 amigo's will come back in replies with more rubbish and heart broken feelings to make them feel better in themselves.

Yes I watched it and thought it was a great game for grimsby and should have won by 4.0.

Here you go again just picking a time to suit your point. Let's just take the last 2 years for ITV which will cover most new ish investors and forget people that buy a stock and hold it for 10 years come on no really does that any more do they.

Anyway what was the ITV SP in the last 2 years low about 55p and an ave of about 70p and it's now 82p ish so no one has really lost anything have they.

I can mention a number of companies that even I have bought 10 years ago and they have gone bust and lost money on so no one should buy and hold for long periods of time as things change.

But for anyone to buy ITV now the prospects look much better and you get a nice divi, so it's not that bad and one can make extra money if you know what your doing regardless of who's in charge. Why not try looking on the bright side for a change, it does help and make you feel better.

I am sure you look at the positives of your wife and children rather than always picking her up on the things you don't like don't you.

So 4 rns's in i day, and as expected a cash raise and it looks like this was the plan all along.

So diluted to Bug*** and there will now be a big consolidation very shortly, but what will the SP do to respond. Don't think there is much confidence in the company now so can they pull this back from the brink after making a big loss.

Tom , if you feel that way about the Dame why don't you use that to your advantage.

So the Dame is rubbish at her job and the SP will go down again, fine if you know that then buy in because we also know that the SP will go up to 88p-95p at some stage. Stop blaming and start using your instinct , you will feel better for it.

Just can't understand why APN is what £1.50 ish and sales of £150m , when THG is 30p with sales of what 10 times that of APN ,

are we selling our products to them as wholesalers and they are making all the profits. Soon things will change, or they will buy us out.

The SP is what it is and some of us have been buying / selling for a few years and making money while some of you have been feeling sorry for yourselves and still trying to blame some one .

From here it will probably go up until ex divi date and then many of us will sell just before and buy back later, and you will still be dealing in hind sight. very sad and that's all we can say. If you don't like ITV move on.!!!!!!

So this latest RNS high-lights that talks of a takeover are still ongoing which means they are NOT going anywhere, while they confirm that a cash raise is still very much on the cards but now at this late stage that can only mean 1p-2p or a buy out at 1p-2p and take the debt.

Prospects don't look very good.

How can you say that's a good rate 7.3% above base , so your looking at what 12+%.

only the banks will make out of this.

No not yet , but anytime in the next 12 months they might be at an all time high !!!!!!!!

I think the SP could now be on the rise back up to 36p-38p

Maybe the RNS was meant to be unclear as there might be a number of out comes here , maybe they didn't want to SP to rise much or at all which could change the outcome.

In truth I feel sorry for investors like you because if you buy a stock and then hold it regardless of it going down or lower your ave by buying more you clearly don't really know what your doing apart from being on social media to see your name in print.

If you are invested and at what price even if it's 60p-80p you are just prepared to sit tight for the next 1-2 years then that's fine with me, but others sometimes know what they are doing. Maybe you have only just got started on this investing game but some of us have been doing/ playing this game for 40 years and don't mean to change the way we work.

I don't de-ramp I might like the SP to go down a bit now and then so I can buy and sell a few while waiting for the SP to go back up to my ave.

Davffed1984, wrong I have never sold all my shares and still hold many thousands.

I have bought at 28p and then sold 32p-34p, I bought more at 32p ish and sold 34p-35p while still hold many thousands, and looking to buy more if it drops again. simple. we all work to our own plan.

I wouldn't mind it if it falls back to 32p ish for this week so I can top up again.
