Good morning Phyl, It is a very interesting article and shows RR has many fingers in the pie . It certainly looks like RR has more good things going for it than against and it must only be a question of time before this gets well over the £1 mark.

Don't they make you laugh Jefferies cuts Greencore price target to 120 (135) pence - 'hold' a week before they release their results. So do they know what's going to be in them No. you would think they would at least wait and see the results first wouldn't you. After all they might be up 100% then they will have egg all over their face.

Very strange drop for no reason that I can see, but when you also see PFD issue good results today and divi all on food products etc with SP up 6p+ you would have thought that this also being food everything looks good for results next week for GNC.

From last weeks trading up-date.
We are progressing well with our programme of disposals and are confident in achieving the commitment to generate around £2bn in total proceeds once the sale of ITP Aero completes, which is expected to be in the first half of this year, subject to regulatory approvals. The proceeds from the programme of disposals will be used to repay debt.
So one would hope the SP responds well and goes back up to near a £1.

Hi all goodness Toms at it again, look we all know Tom lives I a fantasy world full of himself but you have to realise that Toms shares are all fantasy as well.
You don’t think he actually buys / holds shares do you, the trouble is he has made out this fantasy world for so long he actually believes it.

Who knows why, there was 7+m shares sold while 13+m shares bought and RR is in a much better position now than it was 6-12 months ago. SP should be above £1 now in my view.

Great article and really shows RR is making good progress on sales, cutting costs and good forecast for 22/23.
OK it will take another few months but the business is now on a very firm footing for future growth, profits and Divi to come. SP should be back above £1in a few weeks’ months but worth waiting for.

I have been following these for a few weeks now and still unsure what is going on,
Last night I watched a TV programme about Deliveroo on how they work and their costs/ charges and in all honesty It does look as if they cannot fail to make lots of money.
But then you look at the directors buy / sells / transfers over the last year and there aren’t any director buys at all by the looks of things, and even will shu who used to hold 116,810,841m shares now looks to only hold 170,800.
I does look as if the whole team of directors have lost their confidence in the business so it’s not surprising the SP has gone down so low. But are they still worth a punt?

Couldn't agree more, just wait until the approx £2b from LTP is paid off the debt then we will see a big change in all these broker targets back up to £1.50.
I think they are just holding the SP down by whatever means possible to buy in cheap. then big bonus payout for all.

The trouble is there can only be 1 person who would /could make a takeover offer, with Radcliffe holding what about 47% now no one else could do it and if he makes an offer it's likely to be for less than the current price.

Hi there, could I just point out that all those broker price targets are all old news as the latest in May from Deutshe are for 65p, who knows what the SP should be now but it does look like a cheap buy in price to me.

I haven't seen this , so what paper are you talking about so we can take a look. otherwise your question is a bit pointless.

iI think that whenever there is a slow down in spending in general ie cars, food ,household etc then companies tend to do more tv advertising to sell their products which should benefit ITV even more not less.
