I guess this is what most companies would seek, but if they don't get the agreement they must have a fall back position mustn't they.
Which I guess would be to raise more money with rights / placing, that must be the only G/Tee of enough cash to see them through.

You would think that all brokers employ and train their staff to the same high standard to read all company finacial reports on a non bisas level. If that were the case then why do many brokers seem to come to a very different outcome regarding the companies share price value etc. Just look at JPM at £1.70 and Berenberg at 64p. someone must be right or are many of these brokers just plain daft / blind/ or trying to be misleading all to promote their own policy .
If noone pays any attention to these reports then why don't we just stop having them , they mean nothing. !!!!

Yes well done to all those that kept the faith and held, nice to be in more profit but wouldn't be surprised to see a little profit taking and small drift back to 63p ish before moving up more.

Yes I must admit that when I saw the Berenge price target of 64p and then saw the JPM price of £1.70 I thought it could have been a mis-print and 70p was more the intent.
But after watching and attending ITV AGM I guess JPM are very happy to re-state the £1.70 price target.
OK it might take a while but who cares if it does get somewhere near that in the next 3-6 months.

So it wasn't a mistake last time when JP M issued a price target because they have just re -stated their £1.70 price target for ITV.
Now we should see this start to move up.

Look we all know Carolyn is never going to resign and why should she when ITV have turned the corner with growing sales and profits.
Look the city have already seen this change for the better and we will be 80p + by the end of the week and 90p+ after the trading up-date next week. So if you are looking to make money you should like many others be buying ITV now at 75p ish. Next week will be too late.

So you have spent the last 3-4 months trying to get Carolyn removed and failed, now you want ITV to get relegated from the ftse 100 which will also fail. We all know that when that prospect was raised last time the SP rocketed and the same will happen this time.
No you will now have to find some other pipe dream to push for.
What about Qtr 1 trading was up 15% profit growth continues, Britbox doing really well and it's full steam ahead for ITV.

Might have to be just half pints though.

As expected the results look good but the debt level although down from £100m+ is still about the £70m and many thought it would have come down a little more to say £40m, but let's see what the city make of it.
Maybe this is one time when many of us played it too safe by selling some in the hope of buying back in cheaper, and will have to pay for that move by paying a much higher price to get back in.

Theres a bit in the MOS about hedge funds and shorts for itv, I think we should all try to teach these hedge funds a leason and buy ITV to push the price up so they lose money for a change.
Everyone spread the word on all sites to buy ITV and lets see what if anything happens.

Yes I also sold about 20k about a week ago we when touched 60.5p and looking to buy back in again, we all expect the results to be good but even though they could/ will report good numbers we have all seen other stocks go down on the day of good results. I think many of us are just playing things a little safer for a while.

I must admit that a few months ago I considered buying in here but held back for fears of inflation etc and glad I did now.
I think that with inflation going high and people going short of money I can see a big slow down for white goods in both Cury 's and AO for this year.

What we need now is a few broker up-dates to £1.20+ for the next few months, and a trading up-date with 10%-15% growth as mentioned.

So when has any hedge fund cared about any business that they hold shares in, they only care about moving the SP to suit them so they can make money. Many hedge funds are happy to see companies go under if they hold large shorts, to them it's just money so I wouldn't take any notice of what they say about any company being run good or bad.They just don't care.
But at the end of the day providing we have bought at the correct price I don't care what they say as long as the SP goes up.

I think this Ukraine war has always been about total control and money.
Between Russia and the Ukraine they supply the world with Oil. Gas, Wheat, Veg Oil. so by taking over Ukraine the Russians would have the whole world under their control , and someone had / has to stop them from that.

But it now looks like the Gas price is about 165 per therm against what about 400 at it's peak so it now settles down at this with luck we may not need to have any more price increase for Oct. Can only hope.
