Interestingly, how are the GoT going to fund all of this ‘race to 10,000Mw’? The below article shows that the GoT has just issued a $310m bullet payment to the contractor for the Stiegler Gorge Dam. That project will tie their capital spend up for years to come. Reading through this project and it's history. The Neno Project (while being in Malawi) is geographical very close to us in Tete just only over the border. Their plan (like ours) is to use a secondary source (Vale mining in Moatize). I'm always of the opinion that this being AIM you raise funds when you can (even if you have no immediate need to do so). You never know when the funding well will run dry and you should also take cash as and when it's required. If this heavy volume in the last two days has allowed LC to raise monies now via a placing, then he should be taking IMHO. JD
