So, based on what we know for the JDA machinations at NCCL, we have to assume that based on the very accelerative programme of deliverables that Kibo have placed out into the ether, SEPCO3 / Power China must have already made serious commitments to the GoM both on the Construction and Financing of the Project?

I find it difficult to think that the GoM would even entertain that a company (KIBO) would strike a 150Mw Private PPA with local consumers that would guarantee the use of EDM’s infrastructure / electrical grid backbone without some absolute stringent guarantees in place, would they, based on the negotiations at NCCL?

On that basis I am saying this is a OBOR related (financed) project. I think that is why it’s moved so fast.

SYM, that is how I see it, hopefully build up a head of steam and get us back up to between 1.5p and 2p and then news. On a CPA and PPA and DFS Numbers for Moz (forgetting any of the other projects for now) I don’t believe we will be around a £10m MCAP for long IMHO.

What those numbers do for the SP / MCAP I don’t know but I’m hopeful of good things.

So let’s get you point here, Lurker, SEPCO have sunk lots of money into a dead end company going nowhere, so instead of cutting their losses and walking (as any business would do in your circumstance) they have instead decided instead to hang about and spend more money in Moz for example in getting the EPC Contract up and running? Genius, Lurker, utter genius.JD

What they have done this time (rightly) is not put a long stop date on SEPCO’s involvement out into the public.

So it can just be something that both parties can come back to when the time is right, still of the belief that once Moz has their private and public PPA’s in place and it is a goer that SEPCO will then make their move IMHO. All good things……

Maybe / maybe not, Mikemike. The previous SEPCO3 ‘funding’ RNSs where issued under separate cover to each other, I would have expected this to be the same to be honest. Time will illuminate all I guess.

More importantly, what we need in April as promised is closure on the sale of the first asset to MAST and the Moz PPA.

Patch, Wimbo can answer for himself, but a quick browse of LC’s directorships will give you your answer, unless it’s just a leading question to set up your next retort? BTW almost his entire carear on BoDs has been spent in and around the Kibo / Murzi orbit. Therefore he’s neither had any successes or failures for that matter anywhere before (at this level). So we are back to him proving himself by making Kibo a success story.
