The issue here is sentiment, it stinks! There is also the hysteria surrounding future funding, which, might not even be an issue, even if it is, we will get by it and then the sun will still rise in the East!

Once you get by these things we could (should) be looking at multiple PPA’s from Statskraft this year for MED and I would like to hope at least Moz. These Mw PPA Numbers would make us look stunningly cheap in comparison to our peers.

Sentiment, like sediment, can rapidly shift, however.

P.S. LC is going nowhere here BTW. He is the company, he and our partners will find a way to scrape through to better times IMHO. There is a lot of plates in the air, Benga (and partner), MCIPP (partner and major shareholder), MED (partner and shareholder) and also Sanderson who are now funding this whole thing. No one is pulling out the lynchpin in all of this IMHO.

BCL, if I see tangible progress being made incrementally, I’ll be happy. In H1 this year for example we have had a business (MED) almost come out of nowhere to start to reach get real deals which in 6-9 months will start making us cash. Start getting multiple deals for Peak Power PPAs with Statkraft this year and ill tear your arm off for that kind of year.

The African Deals are widely frustrating for us all, it’s a part of the world where my ‘I want it 5 minutes ago’ attitude wouldn’t work, all we can do is take our projects to a point which are commercial scale projects and then try your hardest on getting the deals across the line. I think we will get there, but there seldom seems to be a timeline that means anything and I’ve come to terms with that in my investment.

I’m 39 and the career is going great for me and all of this holding is in ISA’s and SIPPs, etc. My deadline for getting a return here is obviously different from yours, due to age. Even if this was sky rocketing I wouldn’t be touching it anyway.

I believe we will be rewarded in time, despite these frustrating times SP wise.

Could be a placing coming (if it is it’s so blatant would they make any money?)? Could also be a short attack expecting a placing and scare PI’s into making it worse (god help you is that goes wrong). It’s a strange scenario as I just don’t see a damaging mass placing coming due to the Sanderson / Shumba block 40% holding at much higher SP’s. It’s a head scratcher.

Agree, starting to look that way. I have no issues (if that is what is happening) if they consolidate and go for a full recapitalisation. But it has to be a real recapitalisation. It can’t just be a consolidation for a £500k placing sticking plaster. If they do it properly it can even have a positive effect such as director and major shareholder participation.

You seem a decent guy and I can sense you getting a bit down on this. Don’t. Let it play out. The AIM Carousel comes back round in your favour faster than you think.

I’m still buying down at these levels when I can (topped up yesterday again). The fundamentals are great, once we get by the temporary uncertainty of where the next 6-12 months cash burn is coming from this looks great with MED revenue starting to come on line in H1 next year.

Every trough is an opportunity to make big cash as I see it.

I meant to add that you could also read something into the AGM Notice not being released at the same time as the annual results (as it usually is).

Could start to think any special resolutions where still being agreed between kibo and Shumba before being put to press? Just thoughts. But anything contentious in there needs both of those parties to be on board due to their block voting sizes.

As you say, something doesn't quite stack up. The AGM special resolutions will hopefully shine a light on what that is. These will be issued with the notice ofor AGM imminently.

It could be almost anything goes from forward selling of soon to be consolidated shares to kibo cutting back to the bone and making do on sanderson cash until the SP gers better (which is still favourite IMO).

Could just be pi $$ed off PIs who need their cash for their mortgage.

If it is a consolidation and immediate cash raise through a placing then it will be interesting to put it mildy how ito is structured as it could involve all major shareholders defending their stakes and taking part for example.

All just guesswork of course.

Something is playing out in the background, however, what that is only time will expose.

The special resolutions on the AGM notice should bare all.

What’s folks thoughts on the SP movement (only from the decent on the board as I’ve filtered the rest)?

Does the market smell a consolidation? Does the market smell a par value change? Is this just malaise in the summer from a share with not a great deal of love to begin with? Is one of our larger shareholders ‘playing’ the SP? Is it being shorted with the market thinking they’ll get they shares back cheap on the next dilution?

Honest question as I can’t figure out the SP here for love nor money. The drop from last weeks news on Borderley has been wild.....
