Shrubby, you may have missed it being in the Sunshine State and all, but the company presentation was update on the company website as of 25/April. That states PPA by end of Q2 and F.C. by sometime in H2. However, I agree with that take, the funding requirements will be done and dusted with the PPA and SML. JD

They are intrinsically linked of course. The SML Criteria last time I looked asked for funding to be demonstrated as part of the issuing criteria, also it is a given that the PPA negotiations will have to prove that funding is in place or it just won’t be signed, so it is of course all linked. JD

Yaki, judging by last year, I think it will be next week for the Annual Results. And then the AGM on the last Thursday / Friday of June (pure guess on my basis). Well, one thing is for sure, it won�t be on the same day as the KAT AGM now (12 June) so you folks there will be able to ask LC on the Kibo latest, assuming he is there, and being Executive Chairmen, I�d be shocked if he wasn�t (of course I would hope for a comprehensive Kibo update by then). Correct. Look at the litany of power projects that are decades old in implementation and delays (some 4 decades old), Tanzania is a car crash in getting projects actually constructed and implement. This has nothing to do with LC, sorry, it isn't, ill happily lay the blame at his door for stuff he is responsible for, but this isn't one of them. It's only is downright pluck and never say die attitude that has got it this far. If this was a government lead project, MCPP would be on a Tanesco shelf somewhere, to be resurrected in 10 years' time for another go and making it work (Steigler�s Gorge Dam anyone). JD

I'm guessing by the time lag since KAT confirmed their Annual Report / AGM that Kibo's won�t coincide with the timing over there? Judging by last year Kibo's Annual Report should be out first week of June and the AGM the last week on June. I am hoping it is the final Thursday / Friday of June as I happen to be in London on those days. JD
