The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Metalhead25 - I think we saw those warrants finishing being churned a couple of weeks back (the large, delayed sells have certainly reduced in number substantially).
Fukurokuju79 - I also like the higher price trigger, but if (when!) the price goes to £3.96 (cf KeithOz's analysis) or even £1, that's a big bonus.
Looks like some people sold this morning - presumably worried that there wasn't an RNS this morning and that might indicate bad news. Suggests they may have been over-invested?
However, nice stream of buys at 5.6p suggesting that many others want more exposure not less.
Would not be surprised to see this type of movement continue over the next few days.

Keith,
Out of interest (and I won't hold you to this!), what percentage likelihood are you currently attributing to the assay results matching the modelling? Or to put in another way, how good do you think their modelling is/will be?
GLA
KeithOz,
You say that much of the value will go to large acquirers - I agree with you here, but I think it may be better for KAV than many as so many shares are held by management, insiders and a few larger holders. An asset sale would be in the hands of the Directors to negotiate and hopefully they would hold out for a very good price. To persuade enough shareholders to sell (i.e. takeover) would also have to be attractively priced to get over 90% threshold to compulsorily acquire the rest.

Yesterday I commented there was little hype (good). Just noticed that KeithOz's great summary has been recommended sixteen times already this morning - clearly a fair few of us keeping tabs here.
