So surely the question is that in the context of the collapse of this trial after an 8-year investigation and wider criticism of SFO, what will the sentiment within SFO with other long outstanding investigations? Will harden resolve and make them.move even slower to do all the I's and cross Al the T's or will they rather seek to clean the slate of these cases which could risk them further embarrassment? Of course, the mood music inside the office may produce other effects.

Until there is a hard and positive announcement on the completion of financing, I don't rule out a reversion below 7p. I don't intend to add at any price near-term as I'm comfortable with the weighting of HZM in my portfolio. I've kind of assumed that the financing RNS will slip into H2 but ultimately that a good deal will be done. Told myself to lower my expectations on all fronts but I hope that HZM will exceed them vastly.

I'm cautious on reading too much into a burgeoning pipeline though - it may be growing fuller and with more connected or quality partners but until bids are won against rivals and legal contracts signed, they contribute nothing to revenues and just make us expend costs. I'd love to get a sense of what proportion of bids we convert to wins/contracts but that will not see that for a good while.

Set my mind not to expect any major financing related RNS before 1st July at the very earliest. Save nervous energy and gives time to research other targets.

Not a bad trading update, and slightly better than usual in detailing revenue recognised within the calendar year and in showing the relative contribution of Juniper tie-up. Looks like they are growing. Would have liked to have seen details on (new/accelerating?) costs and not just on outstanding debt commitments compared to last year. Let us see how the market reacts today.

Flavourshaker, I saw quite a few black swans when I visited Brazil last. In Ibirapuera Park to be precise. Many folk in the West were surprised when Bolsanaro came to power, seeing that as a black-swan event, but the runes were clear for many years for those who wanted to read them. (Just as they were clear that Brazil's Covid death numbers would inevitably be appalling). Many don't see the contextual risks of Brazil, nor open their minds more broadly to the possibility that HZM is not a one-way bet. That said, I hope we all do well and get to live peaceably like the Black Swans.

Wasa, it is Endeavour Financial who are HZM's financing advisers but inevitably they will be interacting with Orion ( and others) and Norton Rose Fulbright LLP should be making sure that the Company, BOD and shareholders' interests are protected and advanced by any financing deals and future arrangements with the likes of Orion, Teck, GLEN or other parties. Or at least that is what I hope, given the credentials of Endeavour and NRF.

Wasa, the word I heard most clearly from Mr. Clegg was "Optionality". And his patter about the permutation of choices to consider, when Orion are invested in a good asset. Clear that they are not a "silent partner", nor are they just thinking about the short-term. The details of what that means in how they interact with and invest further in HZM will no doubt be revealed...

Torn, not at all. It is a big package, with multiple options and variables in play. We all need to be patient and less delusional about timings and share-price effects. Hopefully, the management will do their work well and to the clear benefit of existing shareholders. Unlike some here, I do not think anything is clear-cut and inevitable but the balance of probabilities are in our favour.
