Past performance and over-confidence by the BoD and company suggests that only EQT should only be a very modest proportion of a reasoned portfolio. I hope to modify that view and my holding, if EQT ever starts converting talk and "activities" into positive earnings

When I read "in the coming months" at the very end of September, I automatically assumed that we would not be having a financing completion RNS before the second half of January. Absolutely intrigued that others think it is imminent, given the past form of JM and the complexity of options and players involved.

Rose, I just think the potential market for something tells us little about how effective a particular company may be in landing and growing lucrative contracts. It will be good at some point soon to see how EXR is converting broader interest in metaverses into significant customers paying well and on a recurrent basis for its offering. 3M is massive, so if they can convert the pilot into an ongoing contract at a value at significant premium to all their costs, that will be a good start. I'm hoping that the contract with the college is nearer to 999k than it is to 99.9k and that it generates profile that lands contracts of 7 or 8 figures in the next 18 months to 2 years. I'm going to add at end of month to my holding as I have some hope here despite wanting RNSs with harder details.

Not much detail on the finances. Low or high 6-figures? Any upfront payment in whatever the schedule of payment is? What is the financial size of the the 3M pilot? Any sense of whether the increased interest in metaverses is translating into increased commerical enquires into EXR? I'm looking forward to a future RNS that is robust and transformative to the sp.

At some point, you have turn theoretical pipeline opportunities into hard contracts that generate revenues in excess of your multiple costs. Wasn't there some target or bug talk of how many bids we would convert into landed contracts in H2? 2022 approaches. Being patient, holding but trying to look through the smoke of hype...

At some point it will rise again and in another existence there will be a takeover offer for it.....

Shear, maybe that may make a difference but who knows how quickly it will trickle through into contracts, revenue or a takeover offer. I'll just daydream that I will hold until the sp is £3!

I think I am downbeat on the ability of this licensing move to either drive revenue growth or lower operating costs in the next 12 months. I find it hard to objectively judge brand value in a crowded marketplace or to get a good sense of who would in actuality be a probably buyer of the company. I'll continue to hold and hope to be surprised on the upside.

Can't imagine adding here at this time. Lots of options with less risk, less uncertainty and better performance.

Any views on what this "step-change change in the Blackbird story" means in financial terms? Revenue trajectories, cost implications, altered attractiveness of BIRD as a takeover target?

How much hype versus how much hard resources going by companies and governments into it?
