For an armchair investor like me, this type of company is exactly what ISAs are for. In now, next to other speculative efforts, then check back later. Fundamentally good in the long term I’m sure, short term not fun enough for the day traders out there!
Good luck and may your patience never wear thin.
At this stage in the company’s lifecycle it’s hard to comprehend walking away from a large contract in this way. Nothing suggests that it was loss-making and there is no capacity challenge, so what’s the upside of this in the long-term? Two steps forward, one step back I suppose.
This was always a punt. Invested, opened bottom drawer, popped it in, left it. Now it looks like it’s a loss, so in for the ride and whatever comes next. There has been no good news or reason to invest here for some time, no research required to show that.
This share and company are dead in the water. At best flailing about waiting for the inevitable. I’m out and put this down to a learning experience.
However, almost without fail, when I drop a player in fantasy football they come alive and go on a run of form, so wish this for all of you who are heavily invested here and still believing that RM will do anything more than take money out of the company.
