Cheers for clarifying, so regardless this still could be anywhere between being settled tomorrow or in 5years time? Hoping for the earlier the better for then fingers crossed this to go like ARB has the past week when a verdict lands!
Just had a quick read through of bits of update #60 and in the introduction it mentions about 10 months before jury selection begins, does that mean if there were to be a settlement out of court it would happen within the next 10 months and also if Sam’s sung do take it to court then it won’t be a result for a longtime after that?
Further more with Wirecard, does anyone know where is a good place to find news on it as no one talks on the stock page on LSE or ADVFN. So was trying to find what caused the rise yesterday but couldn’t find any news at all on it! Google also wasn’t helping at all....
Tullow oil is a strong contender for a medium-long hold especially with RBL at end of month.
Along with Rolls there’s IAG, Carnival. Both being in a similar situation as to waiting for some kind of “normality” and should comfortably survive through the rest of the pandemic.
On the other hand Stock like GGP is not effected “directly” by the pandemic and will prosper in time.
All IMO so advise your own research

My apologies Dunnie, misinterpreted your reply slightly, yes definitely agree that I believe they are trying to poach and fill positions for a new powertrain hybrid/full electric setup, I just wonder for which models as does anyone else know if the research and development of all models including the DBX go through Gaydon or does the R&D go on at St Athan or is that purely the manufacturing of the DBX? I know there were a few prototypes for the DBX floating around Warwickshire
There also hasn’t been any advertisement for the prototype technicians that is normally advertised every month
@dunnie, the industry is very money driven. AML and JLR both pay far higher then other manufacturers, also 90% of the job roles are temporary so for this to be be a permanent position can prove to be the motivation people need, especially in these current times. It also looks to be for multiple positions which looks convincing for it to be for a new model/powertrain setup rather then improving on a current one
Evening all. First time poster but have been reading since March time, mainly created an account just so I can carry on reading haha,
Don’t believe this has been posted but I’m trying to get my head around what this might mean, earlier in the week there was an advertisement for Powertrain Electrification Roles at Gaydon in Warwickshire, what I’m wondering is will this be for the hybrid versions of the vantage and db11 or would it be possibly for the Dbx, link for the role: https://careers.astonmartin.com/cw/en/job/500658/powertrain-electrification-roles-expression-of-interest
Either way this is great news that Aston Martin are already getting the ball rolling
