Nah it happens with a lot of shares, can be day traders selling off, once one stop loss activates it can drop the share too. If it were a 30% drop then I would be more concerned. and it has recovered since then so yeah just normal fluctuations. Try FAR, that will give you heart palpitations with how volatile that's being
most oiler shares dropped on Tuesday, just following the index, 10% is nothing in comparison to where this share has gone in the space of a month, day to day fluctuations are nothing new. PFC basically mimicked the drop
My own opinion, I believe the SP to be manipulated but feel like the reason it is sitting around this mark is because of how long the RBL is taking, considering it was meant to be completed in January and now we are moving in April and it still hasn't been sorted after already one month extension is what is probably holding the SP from going higher. I believe it will get sorted and have faith in the company which is why i am still invested
Thanks all for the responses, I probably should have noted that I hold a small quantity of 10k shares at an average of 9.8p. It is very positive to hear the views of others both good and bad. Thankfully this share looks like it will continue the upwards trend going forward, obviously nothing goes up in a straight line.
Just a little tip off to others that another share I am invested in but sounds like it has very strong fundamentals is a share called Ferro-Alloy Resources Ltd, (FAR)
:)
Do we believe that the SP is purely this high based on encouraging movement with the Samsung case or the general moving forward with further projects? Also based on our current market cap and if we were to gain a sizeable lump sum from Samsung where would people place this share price at?
Haha paddy, honestly you are bringing so much fun to this BB as youâre spouting about a case where the SFO shut down itâs operations in feb 2019 (over 2 years ago)
So is factored way way way into the SP.
Petrofacs is currently on going and so is still going to be effecting the SP! Youâre such a funny guy that just doesnât back any thing up and swerves anything that anyone raises that is factual and you just swerve it and say âdog of a shareâ ah brilliant, you have made a Tuesday morning funny!
:)
Like I said in my 2nd to last message, what do you actually base your opinions on. You failed to ignore my last which I gave 3 strong points, carry on with your fraudulent company that has been blocked at taking on more contracts
:)
Donât worry people, paddy is a huge poster on petrofac and says there itâs massively undervalued, considering that company is having a massive fraud case going on with bribery etc I think ole paddyboyâs advise is as good as Motley Foolâs. Do the opposite to what he says
Big point to be had to reinforce the self funding for phase 1 & 2 minus the extra $30m.
â ⢠Funding for Phase 1 will be by the cash flows arising from the existing operation and by debt plus limited equity issues as required. Strategic partner has options to subscribe for equity: $10m at a price equivalent to a market capitalisation of $150m, and $20m at a price equivalent to a market capitalisation of $500m.
⢠Funding of Phase 2 will be from operating earnings of Phase 1â

@paddy, a few things that you havenât actually taken into consideration, 1) a lot of planes are still flying and have been converted from commercial flights into cargo flights simply by removing the seats and thus increasing cargo loads especially long haul like UK to Japan/China.
2) Rolls isnât just a one path company. They also deal in Nuclear and defence to name a couple
3) A lot of the current climate and situation have already been factored in and the company adjusts what it needs to fit.
This particular share will take time to recover and wonât to its pre COVID SP based on dilutions but it will go higher in the long run rather then the devaluation you seem to just assume with no data to back it up
GL with your investments
DYOR,
JC :)
Gusto1, you say â The UK might be on track for the vaccine rollout, unfortunately the rest of the world isn't.â however last time I checked the US have already given out over 133m vaccines? And that is only since Biden has been in office. Not the same timeframe the uk have been giving out doses
One part I donât understand is in the RNS it says:
â Results confirm that two major gold anomalous trends are presentâ.
It then later goes on to say:
â First results are expected in April 2021â
how can we have results then results are expected next month?
Everyone invested needs to just take a step back and stop worrying, this share has dropped today along with nearly every other stock on the market. These days happen but day to day fluctuations need to not be taken to heart. This share will rise, It will also drop, we need to just remember the long term goals and just wait for them to pan out. India can just be forgotten about as others have said. If we ever get a win and then money from the case then its simply a bonus and that is all. bottom draw the share until the good news roll in. Its not all doom and gloom.
Shouldnât we be happy that the price is being lowered so we can top up more at a lower price and then when it goes up we can sell for a much wider gap/bigger profit? Personally Iâm happy if things go down and up, market volatility creates more opportunities, if youâre a true LTH you wonât care wether the so goes down to even 5p as you arenât going to sell then (maybe buy more) but will wait til the gold is being mined and the SP rockets to ÂŁ1+
