OldNewBoy - Sorry I can not give a more concise answer, but I do not believe it is possible until more info. unfolds, when the warrants die down and results come through, it is pure speculation. What is your answer to your questions?

Miner1 - You are right a firm can go completely off trajectory, I bought ChillBrands when it was a completely different company with oil wells, then create a new invention to grow Cannabis strong and fast then changed name again and cut a long story short traded in UK under Chill Brands PLC selling their own products across UK, USA and Europe, but still a low cap, starter Aim share with potential, a couple of the board ran off to the USA with money and Website and big legal battle took place, shares suspended couple years ago and couple weeks ago came out of suspension, share fell a lot in first week as people got out.... I actually kept, holding so small not worth selling and last week share price shooting up.... We do not know what is behind the door, what is really happening in the company, we can only take what we know and make judgement, listen to others and watch market conditions, beyond that it is cross your fingers and hope.

JamesSimon - Great to hear you are having a great time in Truro, lovely place Cornwall. It is easy to make money if you get the right opening and contacts but most do not see it. Probably wiser to not mention personal things here.

1. Adverts - Question have you ever looked at these adverts saying you will make a million overnight and gone in and bought because of it. Probably not as you come across as a sensible investor with an average risk tolerance. These ads are no different to the rampers and the derampers who as you say are probably paid by someone or entities to do this job to sway the price. They are all advertising in a way (and pretty annoying). You have the choice to listen or not listen. Sometimes they try negative advertising (such as the old SKODA jokes sent out by Skodas which boosted their sales enormously) so derampers are actually putting the name out there in discussions and people buy just because they do not like what the derampers are saying and I guess vice versa. All in all these techniques judging by the boards ADV? and this board and others are but a tiny number of people with a limited amount of money, even if they were stupid enough to buy from the advert the amount (unless of course another JS) would not affect the price in any great way and even if there was a massive surge the effect is limited and it the share would fall and the effect would be gone. Many people here (including myself) have blocked many of the main rampers and derampers (at least those that are rude) and would not listen to their droning on.

A sensible discussion is any discussion that looks at all factors of a company both positive and negative without targeting specific people (Bullying and deflamation of character, especially when you do not have the facts and it is only supposition, I also hold JS with a tongue in cheek, but he does come out with info and he has given his address and I could pop in and see him at any time if I really wanted to find out the facts ..... which I admit I have no intentions of doing as I really do not care). So The conversations going on now are sensible, targeting (bullying) I do not tolerate! Hope that helps! I guess, despite being old I believe people can be what they want to be, and the world is a far more tolerant place. Yes, JS could influence a very minute number of people but to be fair most or all people have shown they do not believe him.

I have already given an overview of why I believe the share is worth investing in. I can see where the board are going. As an Aim, Mining company that now has limited debt, cash in the bank, assets in both companies and rights of potentially significant worth, valued way beyond its actual value and very large share issue, we have the advantage here that the company are transparent and inform us of major changes or actions.... this is rare I believe for this type of company. Donald Trump does influence the growth of this company and new information announced on the tests could have a very positive influence on the share price... could go the other way also depending on the report. There is nothing tangible to support the current price except future potential and hope.

Not sure the adverts have any impact on then sale of them share. Do you have any statistical information. Has anyone here bought due to fake ads promoting MET1 getting billions/. I certainly never look at these. I noted one person only write about the ad they saw. Most people would read the RNS's who are serious investors. A person reading these ads is hardly likely to be a person investing large sums of money logically. Why would the New warrant holders put up ads, surely they would sell the fake ads before buying the warrants to ensure the price would rise. I am surer there are more than a handful of people buying warrants.... so.... sorry it makes no sense to your theory that hundreds of new warrant holders are setting up a company to put fake ads about MET1 to possibly push the price up??? Surely MET1 would be aware of this and would certainly put a stop to them getting the warrants as this could be fraudulent! Makes no sense from any way you look!

That's interesting LTI as I noted on my II account the price was a lower than my other account with a different broker. and also here, for both buy and sell last week. It benefitted me as I bought a bit lower (I did also check with the LSE and it was off. It was only temporarily before changing to a similar price. I thought it was the time the account takes to update the prices, though sometimes the company does also come back and say it found a better price for me. (which would also validate what you say!

Cont. The land may or may not hold great quantities we are currently going by the companies who have mined and tested the land surrounding ours have found. Though if we do find then a new Nuclear power station is being built in very proximity to the land as ordered by trump and the swift completion of all paperwork and permissions to mine has been all but guaranteed by Trump..... (though based on past promises Trump has made that are guaranteed he is not exactly reliable in following through on them).

MET1 seem tom have a good range of business opportunities which, despite having limited income now (maybe through shares owned or not), which is quite normal for this type of operation in this field, but they are cash rich having strong working capital as mentioned in their RNS.

The potential looks good, though the shares may fluctuate based on further warrants (shares issued) being floated to the market.

This I believe is a fair assessment, please feel free to refute or change, add!

Having read a lot of the posts here, there seems to me a few good and useful posts starting to take place. I am sure there are a number of people here who invested higher up to 15+ who would certainly like to see it achieve at least status quo and many more that bought around the 5-6 mark to either average down or hope for a rise to 10 p+. Glad to hear JS rental business is doing well and that his investment here is growing. As for others more modest like myself have much smaller investments and are naturally concerned about it growth but are playing a hunch that it could do well, which as we all appear to be seasoned investors and at an age greater than most of the other investors here put together means that I am more confident I have made a good choice as I am sure your experiences in the market are similar to mine so we are able to see things through experience. Though investing has changed considerably since I started back in the 80s.

A lot of good questions about the company and points made, especially about the warrants, though as has been established it is a common way for a business to AIM to raise funds. May not be the best, but if it is the best option available, then of course they will do it. Incentivising by pricing the warrants so low, I would guess, removed the risk of the raising of finance failing. What is more important than the warrants which we all know reduce the value of your holding, which if you were planning on buying a % stake in the company or planning a takeover would probably not make much difference to you. Having a Million shares was a lot 6 months ago, but now is not that impressive.... to be fair!

The shares seem to be widely spread, with no one major shareholder (Except maybe JS and his crew). This could present a challenge.

As companies such as H&L, II, and many others hold the shares for many clients the buying and selling of warrants and shares is, I would guess, hidden to an extent so we do not really know who is doing what (a million shares sold could be for 100 clients or for 1 for example). As has also been mentioned the warrant holders (quite sensibly are more likely to sell enough to recoup their costs and run the rest) if they were not confident of growth they would probably never have invested in the companies warrants in the first place.

More important for me is what have they done with the money they have raised. Invested in the acquisition of large holdings in other companies whose profits will reflect in our profit and loss accounts through growth of assets as subsidiaries.... assuming we get our share or their earnings as majority share or major shareholders. We have already established that our Finnish asset has substantial metals and minerals such as nickel etc. This will be mined later this year. Results on the Uranium from the US assets will hopefully show large high grade Uranium and other minerals and metals....

You may have a point OldNewBoy, but, The number of people who use LSE MET1 chat is very limited and the number of buyers on this forum has shown to be miniscule based on the number of people buying the shares. Certainly, the company and investment companies would not be influenced and would know the facts based on share records.

Few here actually believe JS has such a holding and is buying large amounts of shares regardless of whether true nor false (based on the info given in the last post appears to be false as he and his buddy's are not shown as major investors so makes hism posts very unlikely.

Despite the banter going on here both for and against one does pick up like us that there are actually quite a few seasoned investors, though not all maybe familiar with the business model MET1 seems to be adopting away from a stright forward mining company. (This is the main reason I am invested as the number of options to produce revenue and growth are diversified which based on the Ansoff would give them a greater chance of success than just a mining company in a very competative market.

I would not add more money than I have now as it is still an unknown and an emerging company, but others do appear (including JS) to be buying at every opportunity. Logic would prevail that most people would not have the liquidity to keep pumping money into a company such as MET1 espec ially when the stock market is full of better investments and dividend seekers dreams. So whether JS has the money or does not, has bought a percentage of the shares (assuming he does not own or work for one of the companies mentioned it is probably hype, but again most seasoned investors would not be swayed by the ramblings and ego driven comments of an individual. Just like I have greeen b oxed a number of the very rude people here who do not seem to be able to hold a sensible discussion without swearing, abusing and defaming people. Opinions and differences is what makes the chat a strong forum. Ignore the comments that are not MET1 based with clear benefit to the whole discussion. The number of people swayed by JS would be negligible as would those swayed by LTI and the negative/ramper gangs. IMHO!

Not your business what his (JS) personal financial situation is. Concentrate on your wealth, not others! He can say what he wants, everyone's lifestyle is theirs, and they have the right to it as long as it does not infringe on others. try discussing MET1 not the people that invest!

That was a very wise post Oldnewboy, I have been investing for ni-on 40+ years myself starting with the Hong Shanghai Banking Corp which was a Penny share at 12 pence when I bought it (pre midland days obviously). Then few had heard of it, Now it is a household name and my investment would be worth millions if I had kept, I told at 50p and thought I had done well. Then people were downing the share saying HK and can't compete and bla bla.....

You are correct about knowing whether the share will rise or fall is down to investors, the company, market conditions etc. so is an unknown entity. My holding is very small compared to some like JS and most others I guess. If JS states he holds millions of shares and has over 3% of the stock, I assume the constant dilution would keep him in reality under 3%, or he would have to declare an interest which would be public knowledge. If he indeed has a syndicate and is official then they would declare if above 5%. It is great to hear he earns so much in 2 weeks which would explain why he has so much to put in if true. His businerss not ours and certainly not our business to ask for evidence. If he has then he must have great confidence in the share and a potentially a good rapport with the company who would be aware of the size of their holding. Again good post!

Now in Profit, been a while, but with half million shares has given that phew feeling. Looks like those shorting yesterday got their money back and run for now. Met1 has some very interesting assets and with drilling likely this year and when results come through from testing the share price should respond favourably.

When did it fall to 2 p, must have missed it? The share seems to be holding at 4.9 to 5p though slipped under at the start of the day when I picked up on a limited buy. If the shares are mostly mopped up then I would guess the share should start strengthening upwards again.

I took 250,000 at 4.9 start of the day, took down my average to a very nice average, so profit should arrive a lot sooner. Are there more warrants still being sold over today and tomorrow that you know of or have seen. If not, I would guess the share price should rise towards the end of the day or after USA opens.

Hey Puzzled Pete if you are sitting and watching then why the negativity, does not make a lot of sense really, but you are not rude so go with it! Are you shorting or a lacky for a shorter? If you are watching, then watch and look at both sides of the business strengths and weaknesses! If you have no intention of investing, why are you here commenting (trying to get attention, there are people that can help with type of problem)? Kinda strange and applies to other nay-sayers also, just noted your previous comment so was wondering.

Okay Clean tech. MET1 have identified this as a potential growth area and from the investment arm perspective more than mining it makes a lot of sense as this area is vogue and they have lithium deposits so it does kinda make sense that they are looking beyond the mining side and to the future. Gives them another income stream also.

I did not see the company you mentioned, ITDark. I can see a benefit be long term for all investments, so which one are you discussing?

LTI you suggest the warrants is a bad thing! Most companies especially AIM as this is a viable way to achieve financing for growth and building working capital. Not sure what the issue is? I assume you are not familiar with this form of financing. Yes it can be dodgy if the company does not invest wisely as any finance would, but as far as I can see they have made very astute investments and still have plenty of capital left for growing the business and liquid capital. Can you explain what is wrong with their investments, as I can not see any issues with them, maybe I am missing something?

Right okay LTI did not see that bit. Never sure why billions are mentioned as it is such a low cap company currently. Potentially could be but an awful long time. I am hoping for about 18p a share if it goes above in next few months would be extremely happy. Think all depends on what they find in the ground and how METs investments in the other companies go. If just one hits the bullseye in their business, the knock-on effect will hit MET1. Hence we are not just a mining company we are an investment company also, improves our chances. Yes, warrants have pushed share price down but for now the share price has a chance of growing and the company will want the price to rise above 10p a share for sure so def. be another rNS soon.

So, can you name the companies these investors are investing into. You know for a fact, I heard they were waiting for the price to fall then reinvesting back into MET1, which is why the price always rises after the big warrant fall. Would kinda suggest it is a good investment! So you know for a fact they are not LTI? Strange!
