When the market gets over its morning, wide share price bid and sell price then it will start to rise in my view as the only news has been good news and positive investment. But we will see.

Hi MAJ, actually the share is up 300% in 6 months or so. It did shoot up briefly. But the share was originally down at 2 p it is now at 10.8. It is easy to try and use limited timescales to suit your argument, but that does not hold if you use just a miniscule of brain power. The share rose once to these heights based on mass buying. The average is between 10 and 20 where the price has been many times and the 10 being the baseline means it is more likely to rise than fall. In theory! Keep trying Maj, but it still has not looked like going to 3 and the fake ads seem to have zero baring on the price. You state the ads are the only thing that affect the price which must push the price up and as the ads are still in play by your own admission the share price has fallen so the ads have no baring on the price.... correct? or am I missing something?

Write IntheDark thanks for clarifying. I must admit, there are some very shrewd/lucky people on this site that catch the timing perfectly. I personally have had some good times and bad, so will stay long term and not try dodging the bullets. End of the day, the share will rise eventually, so hide away and wait for the good times. Be nice tom have 4 or 5 shares to put away for future but difficult to find using genuine information. At least here the company give good updates on progress, so one can access based on real facts rather than here-say!

4. The shares are rising and falling because there are a number of people trying to talk the share down with very borderline to no real reasoning why the company is bad. It has been noted that some of you are on other sites also doing the same thing and get the same reaction. This is fine as long as you are not rude about how you do it and break the site rules!

This is your right in freedom of speech and of course you do not Troll people (eg. writing long discourse attempting to ridicule someone specific this would break the site rule: POST: NON-CONSTRUCTIVE, MEANINGLESS, one word (or short) non-sense POSTS (Example large numbers of long discourse aimed at ridiculing someone rather than info on the company). Inthedark. You only mention that the warrants are diluting. You try to make it sound like the money received from the warrants does not exist, it is only about reducing the value of the shares. Furthermore, you very obviously are 'in the dark' on investing and how companies raise finance.

1. The money raised via the warrants requires investors to buy the warrants, these investors would only buy the warrants if they thought they could realise a profit at a future date and that the investment was sound. Hence, all warrants have been sold. Yes diluting shares but increasing company value with assets that can be borrowed against and return a vital income in the future.

2. Land would not be bought based on shares being bought, smarter than using cash which they need to maintain liquidity. Again, the company/people taking shares for land would not do so unless they knew for a fact that the land had a viable asset within it. 3. Deal with Fulcrum. METAL1 has now identified that there is substantial viable potential of minerals and metals in the land they have bought. They now need to be able to access the land, buyimng a share holding and developing a strategic partnership with Fulcrum who will also benefit from the deal immensely has now added an extra major asset which knowing they have substantial viable potential of minerals and metals means they can now access it through Fulcrum, which will grow Fulcrum share value thus increasing the assets and value ofr Metal1 (through growth of Fulcrum shares) Again they would not invest in the company if they thought it would go bust, they expect then shares to rise substantially and they now have the vehicle to to start accessing the assets in the land where they will start earning revenue (as will Fulcrum).

4. The companies share price rose to 50 as many share prices rise on good news and investment. As mentioned large amounts of shares are being bought and a share can not be sold unless there is a buyer. Which clearly suggests that this share does have a lot of institutional and big investor backing.

5. The company are sending more RNS's out to let investors know what is going on than I have seen from any company. This is keeping the company transparent in what they are doing removing any ideas of 'Ponzi Scheme'??? or dodgy dealings or any other terms used to suggest the company is dodgy. They are a company, rasing funding as all companies do, buying assets that will return them value in the future as all companies do. Considering share holders as a vital asset thus keeping them informed as many companies do not do!

Have bought more shares only a few thousand pounds to expect a turn around very soon, the good news far out weighs any bad news and the shorters are soon going to get ravaged if they do not get out. Reading up on other sites and a lot of investors think this is low enough and set for a rebound. Most bought in at 10 last time around, some sold out around 13+ so have more to invest back in.

Really sorry can't remember who mentioned Head and Shoulders but looks like it has definitely formed and kinda ads some credence to it. Nice spot! Not over all negative as I believe after there is growth potential.
