I feel very sorry for you being only allowed to travel just 5 miles.
Here in England we can travel the length of the country even taking in a nice visit to a Castle.
We can even protest in big cities like London and totally ignore the 2 metre rule . In fact we reduce social distancing to just 2 inches when we protest in the streets. You see we are "shoulder to shoulder". This is the way our English MP's act. Showing us the good old English way - " I'm alright Jack" was the old saying for selfish inconsiderate people. Or should I say MP's who ignore their own rules ! Think I will go back to dancing ! Xxx for Therapist !

I am asking you because I know you follow, in detail, the rig count data.
Looking at the data I feel the fall in US rigs must be "at" or near the bottom. I just can't see the numbers falling much further or there won't be a US oil Industry left with this rate of rig reduction. What's your thoughts/views ?
I know there are a number of months delay in the rig count falling, before it is translated into actual production falls in the published figures. Therefore today's rig count will not show in decreased production until maybe mid summer. I am working on US production falling to circa 9-10m bpd based on the number of current rigs today. What's your thoughts on US production falls, with what we know now ?

I would NOT expect company share buy-backs while POO is at these levels. It would not be prudent to take a chance with the company's future, surely. They would need the cash if a big second wave of coronavirus came in the Autumn and POO nose dived again.
NO - You will only see the company buying shares back when it is safe to do so, and sadly that is not likely until POO goes well above $50 . Also it would need to be at $50+ for many months . All IMHO of course.

I think you are being way to conservative on POO for H2 2020. I believe demand will come back strong, by year end, to around 90 mbpd or more. However I don't see supply coming back up to near this figure. Therefore I see $50 POO.
You must be expecting a strong second wave of coronavirus during the Autumn/Winter, because that's the only reason I can see for POO not to breach $50 by year end. We are $35 now !

US inventory down - 4.8m ,
No real reaction from POO yet, however this is normal. Any reaction to API normally happens overnight or the next morning from London. It seems only the EIA data gets the instant response from POO.
Share price did not get to 13p today, maybe tomorrow.
With POO playing ball and a good AGM/Update I still feel we can get to 15p or close to it , by the close on Friday.
Lets see !

Hang on chaps, it's "Wiggly" saying 20p tomorrow.

I am at 13p tomorrow, up to 15p ish friday after AGM. Oil gods permitting !
