They too are looking into 2022. It's just us silly retail investors who are looking at Sept 2021. We are fools !

It looks to me that AB is trying to ensure that 2022 is a transformational year for Enquest Financially. Everything seems to be working torwards getting existing production issues resolved in readyness for 2022. This includes Malaysia and Magnus etc. Notice in the half year report works completed in qtr4 2021. That signals to me that he has told his team that he wants things sorted in readyness for the start of 2022. I am guessing that he is targeting 60kbpd for 2022.
That then leaves the POO. Notice in the report that he has hedged for 2022 , 6mmbbl at a floor of $61 and a ceiling of $75. Just done the maths, thats 16,438 bpd hedged. Thats around 28% of 2022 production with a "locked-in" price/revenue. As POO climbs expect more of 2022 production to get hedged. This will ensure AB gets his revenue targets for 2022.
That now leaves costs which he and Enquest have control over. He is trying to ensure 2022 destroys our debt and we make a giant leap forward. I bet !
I get total production for 2022 at 22mmbbl (60kbpd x 365). At an average oil price of $65 . Which is achievable with continued high hedges we can see a revenue of $ 1.4325 billion for 2022. FCF from 1.4325b will be huge, and he knows it !
Lads he is eyeing 2022 and looking much further ahead than we are !

Completion of the GE deal is key. Therefore an RNS confirming this being completed will cause a re-rate of SP.
Not sure what today will bring, getting the trousers ready for Tesco.

I think fcf for H2 will pay for GE so net debt at year end will be around the same 1.1b. Although production will be up at 58kbpd.

Looks to me that AB is setting up 2022 to be the golden year. Production at 58k with strong hedging ensuring revenue for 2022.

I can't remember a results day where we were up big time. Indeed all the results days I remember we went down ! So Law of averages and all that ! We are due a big rise on results day ! Tomorrow it will happen or I will drop my trousers while shopping in Tesco on Friday !

I see OPEC giving us a surprise to the Upside tomorrow ! Maybe holding back a bit on production increases. Brent POO up to $74 ish. This should give us a plus 26p close, maybe 27p even, the night before results.
Thursday Results are out. I forecaast Great numbers and news giving us a +15% rise, closing just under 32p.
Friday, I put my crystal balls back in the cupboard until next time !

still +4.06% on stockholm today.
That would equate to 27.30p on London. -- nice !
Can we go over 30p by close on Friday this week ? = I think we can !
