What job is he doing so well? I believed the hype and bought heavily but am getting tired of excuses. The NDA has lasted too long and SA and the rest of the board are still using it as an excuse not to buy shares; I hold more shares than he does! He skirts around any controversial question at IMs. Its one thing being a scientist and quite another being a CEO.

If SA is so confident and wants to keep shareholders on board why doesn't he take a big cut in pay and give himself some share options instead? At the moment he's earning £1k a day whilst we are getting sweet fa!

I admire anyone who can make 60X their original investment in 20 years! the sun obviously shines out of your proverbial...........and you still have time to hobnob with the plebs on this board! And you are going to turn up at the next AGM which nobody apart from the BoD attend. I'm divided between who's the biggest fantasiser, you or SA!

Leapfroggy - I emailed SA to ask why the AGM was always held in an obscure location at a time of year when most of us are asleep due to the after effects of the festive season. I got the reply that it was partly that it was always held at that time of year and partly to save the costs for the BoD to travel to a major city! I don't suppose he thought of paying those costs out of his own bulging pockets! At his next promised Investor Meet I will be asking salient questions again and I hope many others do as well. He needs to be put under pressure or release "transformational" groundbreaking news from Croda or elsewhere very soon.
