I'm not sure about his gambling, I just want an answer as to how he got away with accumulating over 10% of the Company before anyone else knew about it. I shall be asking Mr Ashman that question if and when he next deigns to communicate with us plebs.

Me too, I have asked him at each IM and had the same drawn out "I wish I could" answer all the way down from about 24p....SA is apparently under what seems a permanent NDA so he is not allowed to buy any. The promised bi-monthly IMs are no longer and he does not answer emails any more. I have also asked if and when the NDA might end, in over 40 years in the City I have never heard of an NDA that lasted longer than a few months.

Something smells and I can't put my finger on it. I probably wouldn't want to!

Agreed Toyin, that's why the BoD needs changing at SBTX. Without digging out all the details again SA has publicly said he will stand for re-election every year even though he doesn't have to; let's see if that's one promise he does keep but more importantly will there be enough votes to oust him.

I still don't think you can blame AIM for all of this. Yes the regulations are loose enough to allow Companies to get away with murder but that doesn't mean you have to commit murder! We also do not know the extent of the relationship between Mr Ashman and the two HNWs although they are presumably pretty savvy to have got where they are.

Yes we are all waiting for the Croda relationship to bear fruit but that still does not prevent our CEO from blanking the rest of his shareholders.

The only thing keeping me here now is the two HNW individuals who hopefully don't throw in their money without good reason. I will however still be voting in favour of Mr Ashman's departure!

Not just disclosed....shouted from the rooftops, declared to the whole world. It's because of the silence there are no new investors bar one who has appeared out of the ether with a hitherto undisclosed 10% stake.

Having filtered Bazza and Dustbin I thought this board had become quite readable but after glossing over Shychap's latest diatribes he has gone in the dustbin as well.

IMO the main culprit here is the CEO Mr Ashman maintaining radio silence; we haven't heard a peep out of him for months! I wrote to him over a month ago, one of my questions being that in over 40 years in stockbroking I had never heard of an NDA that lasted more than a few months so I asked for his comments because I thought that excuse was wearing very thin. I sent a follow up email but I have still not had the courtesy of a reply. A CEO of any quoted PLC (AIM market or not) has a responsibility to ALL shareholders.

As I have posted on another board (or should that be bored!) it's my birthday tomorrow...if you are reading this Mr Ashman how about a pleasant present? Despite selling some recently I still hold more shares than you do !

I think Cliostock's last post on here is one of the best I've read, stop blaming AIM and blame the CEO for so far is a fiasco. World beating. earth shattering products apparently so get out there and sell them!

I'm just surprised that SA has the time to do this as well as his busy CEO role keeping investors informed!

Well said R55, particularly to your last paragraph. If we taken out cheaply will SA even care....he's had a good few years on a healthy wage whilst we've had nothing. And I don't think Dustbin cares either because he's already a billionaire who has nothing better to do than spout drivel here all day...I now have him and Bazza filtered and this board makes for more pleasant reading, can I respectfully suggest others do the same

I see the Willpowder's product helps to beat "brain fog", perhaps we should all use it !

The current CEO is also "earning" £1k a day and we have seen nothing. Perhaps we had just better agree to disagree and leave it there.

Net - I am not saying it's a useless product< I have no need to try it. I am merely showing the Amazon reviews.

What I'm trying to say is that it's quite expensive, a premium product. Also we were promised a rollout in major Superdrug stores in EARLY September which once again has not happened.

I also unfortunately think that SA needs replacing after so many false promises; give him a title such as chief scientific officer or some such by all means but he does not have the ability to run a public Company responsible to it's shareholders.

The reviews on Amazon worry me too....and how many people are prepared to spend £100 or more to see if it works? I think SA needs to do a bit of work to earn his vast wages!

NetC - I think your "small clique of shareholders" is growing by the day; a news blackout and we are still awaiting the promised appearance of Axisbiotix in Superdrug in "early" September!

I had an email offer for Cholbiome from OPTI yesterday morning

"If the BBE date is short, don't be concerned. Our products are safely tested for efficacy and will work for six months after that!"

All that tells me is how little is being sold! I'm worried it's the same here.
