Toyin - I can't see what Beluga said because I already have him filtered for personal abuse. You're wasting your time responding to someone who doesn't understand the Company or the stock market. I am like you one of the sweet young guard who invested years ago for Croda and nothing else; I'm just waiting for Mr Ashman and colleagues to see that.

AS - thanks for your diligence, this sleuthing must be taking you ages! My real comment is that it may be OK to go low on stock in some circumstances but if you don't take our product regularly and continuously without a break users will try something else. We cannot afford for stores to run out, will somebody in Superdrug and somebody in supply bang your heads together and sort it. We don't want yet another damp squib.

Mad, I believe I chatted to you briefly at an investor evening back in I think around November 2019 when SA was very bullish and as you say also very personable and believable; the trouble is he continues to be his own worst enemy by overpromising and underdelivering. The share price back then was around the same as it is now but has been as high as 70p and as low as 6p. We are all here almost despite him instead of being able to support him and he can't seem to get that into his brain. A stockbroker friend (not a shareholder here) wonders how well he may know MD and why everyone else seems so keen to sell some 15% and counting to an individual who has picked up these shares with a negligible rise in the share price. I wonder too!

I filtered the repetitive and tedious Bazza months ago, it will only take a few others and he'll be talking to himself!

I agree, thanks Shychap. At least you got a partial response rather than being completely ignored and not even being given the courtesy of a response; I suppose that's a step in the right direction. Alyson, if you're reading this please pass it on to Mr Ashman!

A good friend of mine loves trading, up to a dozen times a day! He reckons he gets 7 out of 10 right.

In the past fortnight he has bought and sold over 300k shares (in smaller parcels) and says he has made nearly £5k, all tax free in his ISA. That's where all the trading is...We seem to be that kind of share again, take a punt and sell on a 10% swing.

After that last personal rebuff Beluga you're filtered. I hope that makes you happy!

Beluga, you either misunderstand me or simply choose not to. I haven't spent/wasted £75k, Toyin hasn't spent/wasted £75k. A BoD is accountable to shareholders, simple as that; by ignoring them they are potentially destroying our faith in them. It's not rocket science!

Beluga - you are relatively new to this board but appear to have developed an early habit of having a go at others who have been invested here for many years. You have also slagged a good few people off and suggested we all filter them when you yourself are doing exactly that!

Toyin is IMO at least calling the BoD to account for their constant bullish forecasting and other misdemeanours. "You got your chance to vote at the AGM"; more accurately we all got our chance, voted, the votes on certain items were pulled a few days later and the goalposts moved so we had to vote again. This is quite simply appalling management and all shareholders have a right, a duty even, to call out the management. At past IMCs Mr Ashman has simply binned any remotely contentious questions, we were promised a further IMC this month which seems to be slipping by without a further mention.

Do your homework and please come back with something more useful when you next post here.

Beluga - you say be patient, I am a patient man but here I have been patient since the Company was floated. I am only holding FOMO almost in spite of Mr Ashman who has misled us so many times; the pulling of various items on the AGM agenda being if nothing else deceitful. You say let him get on with it, I am in full agreement but he should never forget who owns it...I and may others here own more of it than him.

Beluga - I have never had the dubious pleasure of signing any NDAs myself but I do know they can hide any multitude of sins. Stuart Ashman signed a commercial and manufacturing agreement with Croda in November 2019 which gave Croda the rights to develop and commercialise SkinBiotix and as I understand it this contained confidentiality obligations i.e the NDA. Most NDAs I came across in my years in stockbroking lasted a matter of months at the outside; over 6 years later these obligations still appear to be in force here which is plainly ridiculous; I have personally asked Mr Ashman at IMCs when he proposes to buy shares and the answer is always the same.........when I can. I now take that to mean sometime never. When I first asked the price was around 26p.

You say let him run the Company; I just wish he would but for the benefit of all of us and not just for himself.

I'm with you Cliostock! I'm just surprised they have the time and patience to sit over a keyboard and spend a lot of each day just slagging one other off and offering very little to the debate about ...wait for it....a share called Skinbiotherapeutics! I have better things to do.

It's not that the questions are soft, it's that they are filtered beforehand and any thing remotely contentious is ignored and never answered

Remember though that the cost of living in Poland is some 35% less than the UK. £10 for a 300ml bottle of bath oil makes it a luxury item.

Obsisian - let us hope they really have "strengthened the board"; my hope is that the new appointments will bring strength and more transparency. I have seen it all before; BoDs beefed up due at least in part to shareholder dissatisfaction only for the newbies to be pushed or resign a few months into their terms because the old sticklers will still not change their ways. To me it still beggars belief that Mr Ashman still appears to blame everyone but himself...but then I don't pay myself £1k a day!

Beluga - you misunderstand my tongue in cheek remark! We are all in this to make money but the only ones making it atm are the BoD.

Resolution 1 on the AGM s/be completely non-contentious, the fact that any people have voted against is a vote against the whole BoD.
