SA used to answer emails promptly; I sent one a fortnight ago to which I am still awaiting a reply. He obviously doesn't want to know, I am continuing to reduce my top heavy holding.

A first investment here a few week ago at 1950...a good steady wealth builder here, up a point or so every couple of days

I repeat my post from a couple of days ago; it will be interesting to see if SA follows his "best practice" principles and if he himself stands for re-election; I know which way I will be voting!

From SBTX Articles of Association..........I love the words "best practice", or is Mr Ashman exempt??

The Company’s Articles of Association require that any director that has either (i) not been re-elected at either of the preceding three annual general meetings or (ii) has been appointed as a director since the last annual general meeting shall retire and offer themselves for re-election by shareholders. Notwithstanding this requirement, the Directors have determined that each of them will stand for re-election on an annual basis in accordance with recommended best practice and in line with the principles of the UK Corporate Governance Code.

Agreed to a large extent Parsons but Stuart is the one at fault for putting his head on the block so often. Why release all the c**p RNSs which tell us nothing or worse still tell us vague half-truths. He knew full well about the Superdrug deal when he assured us there was no need to raise cash; he is his own worst enemy, If he can't put up he should shut up!

The worst thing is that as and when we do hear something I almost expect to be disappointed!

With the way SA has conducted himself thus far everything is a guess! Let's see what if anything tomorrow brings.

Don't believe everything on here, I have just done a dummy sale of 25k shares and been bid 16.42, well over mid price!

Where are the positives??

Fact 1....Zenakine is mentioned in passing in one sentence in a 30 page report but not as being a ground breaking, blockbusting product

Fact 2....Croda sp is now down 6% on the day

I don't think anyone should be counting their chickens

I agree; thanks Net...but I have just wasted 9 minutes 13 seconds of my life! I wouldn't say it's the most entertaining video I have ever seen, it's pure waffle and I can't see it producing any tangible benefit. Just IMHO but has anyone else watched it? All the way through??

Croda's current market cap is very nearly 100X that of SBTX, a t/o at 50p wouldn't burn a big hole in their pocket! The share price is so "lazy" at the moment anything above 2X the current price would unearth a lot of sellers. SA won't care, he will be offered a well remunerated position without CEO responsibilities.

A lot of people have mentioned bid rumours....Tongue in cheek I wonder how much Stuart's target price for a bid matters, disregarding options he and fellow directors only hold about 0.5% of the shares in issue! I've waited so long that atm anything above 35p would tempt me to sell, take a small profit and move on.

Net..........the person who's (highly paid!) job is to promote the Company is the CEO; the CEO who has declared he is not like other AIM CEOs! He is doing sweet fa in that direction!

Cheers Net.........I don't pretend to understand it all. What I would like to see is some "tangibles", some figures, some anything concrete from Mr A rather than pie in the sky promises.

Net - if I read you right "Realistic annual royalties are likely in the £650k–£900k range"; that only pays SBTX staff wages without resorting to another dilution! What is there for us poor souls? Or am I missing something?

if if if croda bid stuart will be offered a well remunerated position doing skin/microbiome/gut, etc research i.e. not as a company ceo. he would love such a bid, ****** to shareholders!

I have on several occasions asked Stuart directly why he will not engage more directly with shareholders.

He refuses to have a roadshow because it is not a good use of Company funds!!

That says it all.....
