For some reason this Website does not have the correct number of shares listed.
From Orosur's Website:
Capital Structure Summary (As at 26 Oct, 2018):
Basic Shares Outstanding 150,277,672
Options 10,535,760
Warrants 8,370,251
Fully Diluted Shares Outstanding 169,183,683
This is due to the Newmont purchase a few months back.
Therefore Current Market cap is 150,277,672 x 6.9p = £10.37 M
The effective Market cap after adding the 10million shares now owed for settlement of Loryser would be £11.06m
Which is still very low for the potential here.
I can see the company easily being worth £30m Mcap.
Which at a fully diluted share price, (using the 169m shares above, plus the 10m in the RNS) would give 16.74p per share.
So if we look at potential Share price, depending on value of the company it would be:
£30m Mcap = 16.74p
£50m Mcap = 27.9p
£70m Mcap = 39.07p
£100m Mcap = 55.81p
If all options and warrants were exercised.
I think between 20p and 30p is achievable here, and it really could rocket if news from ANZA is great.
