I thought the sames, was trying to get quotes for 10-15min and couldnt top up (only a small £1k extra).

Hare doing the "submit to team" option, so put a limit buy on for 28p, and clicked passed the warning that it may trigger immediately. .

It did trigger, and brought 3818 fro 26p each ... Nice one..

Now to sit back and see this re-rate to fair value Mcap.

Anyone Else still not seeing the RNS on this site?

I have the same opinion, I sold out of Avact yesterday when it hit my target of £2, and Put the proceeds in here at £1.5 to bring my average down.

I'm only playing with a small amount of money, though would be nice to see it double.

The Mcap here is very low compared to other players, (we are still half ODX, and 1/8th AVCT)

Its disappointing that AVCT is still going up while this has gone down again.

But as per me post yesterday "today is not our day"

Our day will be soon. One big Sales RNS and this share should rocket, although knowing my history people will sell on news and I'll be down another 20%

I have been in and out here a few times, first 2 times making some money.

Then I brought in again last Friday at £1.88 it stayed here for ages, small ups and downs, then started going down quiet aggressively.

That trend has continued today.

I have not sold as Its a paper loss, and I believe this will easily go back up past £2 when sales are announced.

The Market cap here is very small compared to other player (AVCT, NCYT) and we have a product that can be sold in Europe, and has the best results so far in testing.

Ok so its not as fast as others claim, but even when those are available hospitals and medical centres are likely to use a slightly slower, much more accurate test, that probably costs less than quick ones.

I need to stop watching this today, as it does hurt to see the drop, But this will bounce back.

Maybe not today.. or tomorrow, but when we get a contract or a nice big Sale it will fly.

Ok so we need to have some actual sales agreed, but this will highly likely be done within a week, and with Revenue coming in very soon after.

This is a share I would not want to be selling at the current value.

I really feel we need news now.

Both Avact and GDR have had some great news in the last couple days.

We need something to show we are still in the game.

I'm enjoying watching my small AvCT shares go up today, and still thinking to pull th eplug on them at £2 moving it to here before this rises.

I fully expect another spike around 40-5p, and if solid news awe should be past £1, as the mcap here is sooo small

Our Market Cap is already above NCYT. You really cant compare share pirce directly, as the Mcap depends how many shares there are.

Also this has already done 10bags, so be cautious.

As i said in my earlier post, I'm pretty sure my exit will be at £2 here.

The market will be big enough for multiple firms to get some good revenue and exposure here, so AVCT, NCYT, GDR, and even the lesser known ones like BRH (investment company that own a large share of 2-3 companies set to do very well with covid interests and a very low Mcap) should see enough to keep all happy.

Still got a bit in here, after popping in and out from 60p£, missing the £1 to £1.40 jump, but then back in .

Personally, I'm going to get out if this hits £2 and say thanks for the ride.

Remember this share was at under 20p, and has already 9bagged over the past 3 months.

It is a small company, and a lot of work is needed to keep it at the current Mcap, and substantially more to multibag from where we are.

Set a target for your profits, and be careful.

I was going to quote the same bit, any RNS which hints towards potential a vaccine, would get a much larger reaction in other shares.

I think we don't have the attention of the herd yet, because this is an investment company, and it takes a couple extra mouse-clicks to see what % of certain companies they own.

If things fall in line here, which is beginning to look more likely with each piece of news in recent RNS's than this will start re-rating to much higher share value and market cap.

We can but wait and see

As much as I want this to go back up to my break even point (around 37p), and I do believe that with the firms this company has invested in, and the developments we all hope to see regarding their activities.
We do need updates before this will see a re-rate in the market cap.

You are both just constantly saying "this is going up now" "on the move now" "sellers out" ...

Just give it a rest.

The large seller is likely to be gone sometime this week.
And this does not necessarily indicate no confidence in the company, but likely to be that they have made what they wanted from their initial investment, and need the cash for other uses.

When news comes the share will go up or down depending what that news is, and if the herd come over here.

Lets just take it slow, and wait, then get the SP we deserve.

As with many others here, I feel it would be beneficial to have an update here so we know what is happening with all the companies which BRH are invested in.

However, after going from mid 40's back to 30p, (and lower) I think that this is holding up quiet well for now.

I currently don't expect to see if dropping under 28p for any length of time, unless bad news comes out.
But I doubt we will see 50p until some good new comes.

Fingers crossed that when good news arrives, we see a decent re-rate considering the very low Mcap here.

I am not sure on the answer to your questions,

But I will speculate, that people here may be trying to sell what they have and ringing their broker to get some shares at the placing price.

I think a lot of people will have their offers rejects due to the placing being drastically over subscribed, and the likelihood is that the brokers will only take offers over a certain value (At a guess, £10k+ maybe more).

Be careful if you plan on selling and trying to get the placing, as if rejected you may end up paying more back in the market.

Either the Market Cap or the Share price will change.

Pre Placing RNS:
35m Shares @ ~£2.50 (rough price pre placings RNS, not using highest point)
MCap = £87.5

Add in the full 10m shares (8.75 and 1.25 options) at 80p each, and this effectively adds £8m cash to the business.
This should really add it to the Mcap as well, (although not always and depends on its use).

Simply lets say it does.

So now we have 45m shares, and a predicted Mcap of £87.5m + £8m new cash
Which would mean the Shareprice equivelent to pre announcement would be £95.5m divided by 45m shares
Or £2.12 not far off what we are settling at.

Alternatively, if the share price didnt reduce than the companies market cap would go up to £112.5 (45m shares x £2.5 shareprice)

There is a lot more complexity though.

I also got in around 80p, but for a considerable less sum, so am letting it ride a bit longer.

If i was your friend though, I would seriously consider trimming a third of the share out now, and making sure to protect that £10k investment, then letting the rest ride.

Remember that this was indeed 7p not so long ago, and that if a crash happens due to unforeseen items we don't know about, you will struggle to sell on the way down.

Not advise, just something to consider.

As i say I am still letting this ride, but only in for just short of 1k share at 80p...

It's very hard to time these things correct, I have done similar.

I am moving a small pot around between AVCT , ODX and recently here.

At some point i had 1600 AVCT, which I moved to 4500 ODX, on Friday I moved back to AVCT and had 1832, which was more than original.

But i should have just left the 4500 shares with ODX, and not changed them to Avct, which I sold yesterday to split between GDR and ODX...

Overall, I'm still up, and todays rise is doing well here.

But I would be in a very similar position if i had just got my original Avct and not traded at all.
And a much better position if i had left 4500 in ODX and sold at the 60p yesterday ...

It's a little fun to play with these ones, but very hard to get the timing perfect on them.

Still its not breaking the bank

This is my own opinion, and not advise in any way. But I think you have 3options.

1. Sell your Full holding, take your profit and be happy.
2. Sell Part of your holding, to cover the amount of money spent and take a bit extra as well to have a nice profit. Leave the rest without caring what happens as you have won already.
3. Keep it all and if it rockets awesome, if it crashes than you may lose it all.

Personally I would do 2, and that's after doing 3 way too many times when i started, and losing money.

Spreads still very wide on this..

and there's no RNS to confirm the speculation...
